Silly me, I always wanted to have a security cameras, and when I saw these I just grab them, and when I got home and saw that the one that I have is BC1 and it needs a hub, so my question to you is that '' can I get just a hub without the cameras? I went to your website and did not see any thing there.
Cannot get my BC1C connected/configured - have tried many times - reset, change password, reboot router etc…. Still no joy - and the app sends you to a silly robot. No phone number to ring either in Uk - not impressed
Yes it can be added as channel but meant to be used with EZviz app , as its wireless its going to then try and pull video all the time and drain the battery
I have mine set to IR detection mode, then i only have a small area top half of the screen painted in the detection zone settings. Still it triggers the second anyone enters any part of the camera view (bottom part). the lower part is a high traffic area and i just want motion in top half to trigger camera.
Hi, add a camera via regular way is peas of cake. I bought camera from a shop - return from other user. unfortunatelly he add camera to his accont. Is ther any chance to unbound it or use it just in local network without cloud? Ezviz support wont help.
@DVSLTD How can I connect this BC1C to a Hikvision NVR? I've just installed 6 if these, and want to connect them to a 16Ch I've got in the premises. But the camera's do not want to connect, no matter what settings I try. Any idea what I can try?
Hi please can you help me with a setting on the EZVIZ Camera please. I have purchased this identical EZVIZ outdoor Camera that you demonstrated in this CZcams video only this week, and downloaded the app and it's all set up and working. But there seems to be a feature missing on the Live View Toolbar, and it's to manually turn on the LED Flood Lights, so how do I turn on the Flood Lights manually? Any help would be appreciated.
@@DVSLTD Many thanks for replying it's appreciated. I contacted EZVIZ Support, and they said it's not a feature to turn on the LED Floodlights manually on this device, they only activate when in Colour Night mode is chosen, and NOT in Black & White mode. Thank you again for replying. 👍
How far away can I mount this from the internet hub ? I wanna put one out in a car park 25 metres away from the house by not sure if it will work ? No one seems to give any info on this
Hi Paul , the limitation is only down to the Wi-Fi in that area, if you have Wi-Fi in that area you can then connect this to the App , if you don’t, it wont , its that simple
The issue you will have is because there battery powered it will try to record all the time , keep the connection and therefore then drain the battery , there primary use is to be used with the App , 😊
ahi la estube provando y algoq no me di cuenta al comprar es que soporta solo : 15 fps y en la grabacion de personas caminando por la veredad de mi casa , cuesta obtener buenas fotos y la prove con personas q se qedan parados quietos y es flojo las fotos creo q es por q no es a 30 fps ........ los videos , el vivo desde el celular se ve re lindo PERO ! lo grabado y buscando cuerpos humanos entero ( rostros ovio q no ) y no no me agrado a vos te gusto ? las GRABACIONES ! de personas en movimiento ......... nota ; ovioq un jardin d eun patiode una casa qno se vean personas oviamt se ve hermoso en vivo y safa bien la grabacion , ahora humanos personas humnnn no jajaja

A phone CANNOT connect to BC1C without another THIRD wifi. CRAP!!!
does it need internet connection to function... and can you watch live footage when ur not at home and previous clips

if you press the alarm bell icon it triggers the sound and light , is that ok?

HIK is the professional offering where as the EZviz is the consumer designed product 😊

Will it work on routers with mixed/smart WiFi? Some new broadband suppliers provide routers that you can't split up WiFi to 2.4g and 5g ssid's.

Except battery wont recharge after a few months and there are no manuals or help how to replace the internal battery - wasted money
