Love the video. I checked my collection on Discogs and three of my top ten are 7" singles - The Soundhouse Tapes original press, Sweet Savage, Take No prisoners with Killing Time on the B side and Slayer, Criminally Insane red vinyl with the cut out sleeve

I've found an OG of Death's Symbolic on CD a few years ago. What a Classic album Congratulations on having such an OG. 🍻🤘

I remember going around shop after shop to get the Desecrator CD back in 1991 only to eventually find out it was only available on vinyl 😞 had to wait until 2012 for the Mosh Tuneage CD release. Least it had a few bonus tracks, what an album. Was the Deicide gig in Manchester the one with Cancer and Atrocity where they had to pull Alex and the band off the stage due to an animal rights bomb threat. I was also at that one but missed half the Deicide set just so we could get a lift back home. Glen wearing his full on leather and spikes outfit.
Yeah… you forget that there was a time before CDs don’t you… & albums on smaller labels weren’t always pressed on all 3 formats! Luckily there’s some great labels nowadays putting out reissues of this stuff for us hungry collectors! Yeah… that was the same ‘Deicide’ gig Mark… at the International II in Manchester! What a great night that was… even if we had to stand out in the cold for a bit whilst the bomb squad did their thing, lol! Good times my friend!🤘🏻
Another great one Marc! I love these. Might even do another one myself again, it has been a few years now. Did not expect Toxik Shock in a list like this! And who can forget that Symbolic album, I remember when you got it in the mail. I think that is and will always be the most insane VCLT someone has ever gotten!

Not seen the pink Toxicshock before, I recently found a black copy and paid way less than half of the median price from a record shop🤘cool to know what some of these sell for now. Foo Fighters 😳 I think I screamed in time with your background music 😂

The price of the ‘Foo Fighters’ 7” really surprised me yano! I know they’re a popular band & all… but £100 for a single… wow! The ‘Tzompantli’ album is superb isn’t it mate… I really need to grab their new one… I have high hopes of that one! Thanks as always for watching my friend!🤘🏻

I'd love to own each and every one of these - yes, even the Foo Fighters single! 😂 'Symbolic' is the one for me though, obviously. As you probably know, I did own that Dismember boxset at one point, albeit briefly! 😜

Got that Desecrator on cd - good old school DM ! Altars of madness is essential - as is Blessed are the sick - own the orig cd since new, reissue vinyl and reissue cd with dvd. Sodom , have the orig cd - great band - like all their stuff - Agent Orange and Tapping the vein are my favs. Foo Fighters can do one lol. Deicide , well is a MUST !! Love em !! I have that nirvana on tape for some reason, same with nevermind - they belonged to an ex years ago haha. Dismember - got all the reissues on vinyl - I know you have the box set you jammy git. Death I have all the reissues on vinyl - to be honest I don't listen to anything after Human - which I might add is my fav Death album.
The ‘Desecrator’ album is an absolute gem from the U.K. DM scene back in the day isn’t it Lee! I’d say ‘Agent Orange’ is probably my favourite ‘Sodom’ album… love it! Great little video again Marc. Desecrator went for £89 a couple of days ago. My pathetic bid was just laughed at. I'd have that Foos shifted on in a heartbeat 😂. That proto black metal Sodom era is easily my fave era. Them first 4 Deicide need a proper reissue. Did Bleach not blow you away? I thought it was immense when it came out. That number 1 record is one of the best gifts in VC history!
Yeah… if I can get anywhere near that price for the ‘Foo Fighters’ single… I’ll let it go no problem! I heard ‘Nevermind’ before I heard ‘Bleach’… but yeah I liked it a lot back in the day… always loved that garage sort of sound! A while ago I considered some of my vinyl were worth a lot of money according to DISCOGS.
Now that amount is what new records go for these days, so my ideas about there worth is more realistic!.
Albums can go for madness prices on that site.
Loved seeing " Death ", and always loved " Bleach " since I got my O.G on cassette. 🤘

Brilliant bunch of records Marc! I played Altars again not that long ago, it still sounds powerful. Class Sodom pick ups man. OG BM & DM records from back in the day go for serious cabbage. Ive parted with some stuff that I didnt listen to much or was happy to have a reissue of because the money offered was mental haha! Some id never get rid of tho. Anyway, superb stuff from yer collection mucker! Great to see these beauts. Cheers!

I don´t know when the bubble will burst but it sure will, hahaha...I don´t even know what my most expensive records are, probably some 90 OG Death Metal or my OG Voivod "Outer Limits" or some of my boxsets. I only use Discogs prices when I sell records, I usually stay minimum 10% under the median price...

Desecrator album is fantastic 👌 it's Morbid Angel Abominations of desolation album that the picture disc of the artwork is on, I know coz I've got it. Seems strange that they used it 🤔..I knew those Sodom Albums were expensive coz I've looked for them before on vinyl but shocked about that Foo Fighters single! 😱..Great video Marc 😁🤘 x

These videos must take a s*** load of research mate, well done, I never did so well with this lot of albums, think I had 3 maybe 4 I lost count!! I can't even recall if I have Symbolic on vinyl or not..... my brain is rubbish, I might have it on CD but really don't recall. Fun series anyway. Have you done a video on your most obscure/unknown records?

Love that Desecrator album nice to see the og! I imagine in years to come we will sadly or more likely gladly see more and more metal in charity shops. I'd sell that Foo Fighters for sure 😂. Not surprised to see Sodom especially those as they are sort after albums. Need to get the Deicide on og cd or at least I wish to at some point 🤞 Bleach won't ever decrease in price I imagine although I'm not a fan 😅 especially for £221.20 😆

The ‘Desecrator’ album is an absolute jewel from the early U.K. Death Metal scene isn’t it… & sadly seemed to pass a lot of people by back in the day! You’re right about the ‘Nirvana’ record there mate… I can’t ever see their records not commanding big money… what with the whole Kurt circus that surrounds them! Some classics there as usual. Early Foo Fighters were great, and fantastic live. In regards to singles back then, they pressed cheaply knowing that hardcore fans would buy them. I remember the first time I heard Deicide; my cousin had bought a copy of that first album and we played it on my stereo - hand on heart, it took me another listen to really get it. Oh I noticed that you bought Altars... from Our Price; that name is apparently making a comeback. Not sure that it'll be pulled off, but it'll be interesting.

Great collection of albums here Marc! Those prices are insane! I think I know Desecrator, I definitely don't know Toxic Shock! Need to check out some early Sodom. The S/T Deicide is fantastic, but my favourite so far is Once upon the cross believe it or not. I need to check out some Dismember still! Symbolic is an amazing album, it's rarer than gemstones! I saw the CD price drop recently and grabbed it straight away, I'm just happy to have it in some form! Great vid man 😊🤘
