In this video, Dr. Walter Salubro demonstrate two cervical kyphosis traction techniques. One traction is with the use of a Cervical Denneroll, to be done at home. And the other cervical kyphosis traction technique is done in office with specialized traction equipment. The purpose of the traction is to get the spine into a mirror image position and induce ligamentous creep changes into the direction of the cervical lordosis (the normal neck curve shape).

I think you're great. Thank you for this. We're in Ottawa. My son had a bike accident leading to a neck injury last summer. We've noticed his neck moving more and more into a kyphosis position as time goes on. He recently had an x-ray and has been confirmed to have very mild lordosis bordering on military neck. Would it be possible to bring him in for an assessment? We wouldn't be able to do regular treatments but perhaps you could have a look and get him on the right track. It's important to us that he is seen by someone who is good and who knows what they are doing.
