Great observations, the truth is that Nigeria is mainly defined by alot of the abnormalities in Lagos. If you visit most of the other 36 states you would actually notice things are more calm and civil but Lagos in its shortcomings & glory will always remain the face of Nigeria.

You are not the first person complaining about Ghana's customer service so it must be that bad. They must wake up.

Please what do you mean they have bad customer service when yourself has testified the driver and the conductors were patient with you. You now generalise to contradict yourself by saying they have bad customer service just because one bad mannered waitress treated you badly. Remember such individuals can be found everywhere even in nigeria, Europe and America. It is a human institution. Even though you said you didn't want to generalise but you ended up doing so.
All the same it is good to travel and I hope you soon understand and come to some basic realisations about human institutions and how in a basket of plenty grandnut there a few bad onesas well. All the best. Love from Ghana 🇬🇭
Please go through the comments and see other people saying the exact same thing. I can’t start listing the experiences I went through that was bad because my channel is not built on bringing people down. But again, I will repeat customer services in some places I went to were bad. I didn’t generalize and say ‘oh everyone is bad in Ghana’ so all of the appraisals you didn’t notice but talking about the terrible experience I went through is the only thing you could pick out out of my almost 20mins video, it is well with you. I can’t even remember if I mentioned I was scam as well. I really do not care if you have a problem with what I said honestly and Ghana is the 7th country I have been to mr/Miss traveler🙂 Do have a lovely day Shalom.

Nigerians in Ghana doing business get High patronage than Ghanaians. We’re not good at customer service. We thought we’re doing the customers favour. You’re right. Nigerians have good customer relations.

You need permit after 90 days as Ecowas member citizens.
Without permit you cannot do many things like hospital, bank, school, mobile number, driving etc cos you need your Ghana non Citizens ID Card.
