      Yes, I half agree, certainly not classic Northern Soul. It’s always debatable when things get a bit funky. 40years ago cross over was never classed as Northern either, the boundaries seem blurred these days, or maybe that’s just my eye sight and ears! Thanks for your feedback.

      I remember the night my father recorded this song. It was part of the usual los angeles studio recording session marathons. I think 3 other songs were recorded with this one over 3-4 days.
