Yehi baat applicable hai Fixed Rate Mortgage ke liye bhi. You will have locked down a fixed interest rate for the next 5 years (although it will be much much higher than the current bank rate). Lekin agar aapne Variable Rate pe mortgage avail kiya hai, to aapki mortgage instalment bhi kaafi badhegi. May I know if Variable Mortgage is the case, what's your rate of interest?
