Honestly I enjoyed watching this video. If Nigeria was a working country, all these will be done in a clean, standardized factory, packaged and exported, and sold in grocery stores abroad. These guys will then be paid their worth and live better lives. Nigerian beef jerky is actually the best out there. These are honest hard working guys. Just wish things could be better.
True! Thank you 😊
They do make the kilishi abroad too .. not just in Nigeria ..I live in London and I buy kilishi every week..
Real
@@Laila_Voice_AsMRyou sure say Na Kilishi or just regular beef Jerky
@@Knock_Off0875nur be kilishi she dey buy
I am presently in Nigeria right now for the 1st time. I have picked up Kilishi from the grocery store for 2000 naira 150g. It is worth every morsel. It starts off tasting like some sort of hot candy.. this is the best beef Jerry I have ever tasted in my entire life. If your heat level is not scotch bonnet...do not buy this lol. Enjoy!
I'm rooting for suya so far because I want to gain some more weight and thicker skin 😍🤣
🤣🤣🤣

I was looking for the kilishi recipe and came here by chance. I am thinking that there should be a slicing machine that will make this cutting easier. This is a lot of work. The labor involved can be drastically reduced with slicing machine. I love their dedication to work. May the Lord help Nigeria. So many resources human and material.
Even the rack can be built to have burners under them or a factory made roaster. This is a great investment opportunity for these guys.
May the Lord prosper them.
Thanks for the Zobo. You are amazing
Thank you so much for watching 😊

I was going to comment that no wonder the stuff is expensive before I saw your comment.
Authentic vlog! I've always held the opinion that kilishi is too expensive, but after watching this, I can truly say that it's worth every Naira. So much hard work. Also, how you related with them was heartwarming and fun to watch.❤👌
I totally agree. Glad you enjoyed watching.🤩
I totally agree. Glad you enjoyed watching.🤩
A friend brought me some to try. I'm British so it's new to me and I loved it.
Thank you 😊
How I wish they have a machine. The person mixing it may be sweating into it. Also, someone who is infected mixing this with his hand is also not good. Machine use is better. But I appreciate you guys.
abaa relax now , na the sweat the sweetness dey 😂😂😂
Wait till you find out what bakers do
I sell kilishi that I get from the North . I never knew so much work is involved.Kilishi is always spicy and sweet, I love it

I am very curious about kilishi that am still awake at almost 3:05am and when I stumble upon this clip my heart become better. Thank you so much for this detailed content. U are indeed a nice person very appreciative. Thanks for that zobo this is how life suppose be. But one question that groundnut was it fried before it went to mill or they got it and milled it without blanching?
It was fried. To make a peanut paste, even peanut butter, they all must be roasted/ fried😊
I watched till the end and I have enjoyed it

Wow.. insightful 📌
Thank you for watching ☺️
At the part where they were using mortar to pound spices , they mentioned achita, masoro, kimba , garlic, ginger. But In your description you didn’t include all these spices. You only mentioned calabash nutmeg, maggi, garlic, ginger, onions and pepper. What do you say? Cos the spices they mentioned where the were using the mortar sounds like suya spices except from kulikuli. Please advise me, thank you x
