Watching this game just tells me how funny football can be as this was just before the euro finall and Milan were not the force they were at the beginning of the 92/93 campaign - everything changed when VanBasten got injured sadly....why Milan sold Rijkarrd is beyond me....Milan should have won that euro final and overall did deserve it but hey thats football...keep em coming Ross......
Yes Milan bombarded and dominated Marseille but still lost by a single goal at the European Cup final 1993. That is mainly due to bad luck. Plus Van Basten got injured in that match and probably played his last match for Milan before retiring very early in his career.
