Gaijin have not cited quitting battles as a reason for the ban.

It would be more appropriately marked 'mixed audience' since it isn't really aimed at kids but kids and adults will watch it. COPPA allows for mixed audience videos. CZcams however has not implemented mixed audience videos, I wonder why?
