I went to the Cheetah girls concert for my 11th birthday! My mom took me to get a cheetah outfit at Limited Too. Hannah Montana opened but then she came out as Miley to close the show. It was the best day

The Thirteenth Year was my absolute favorite growing up. The boy starts to turn into a merman when he gets wet, so think Aquamarine but from a 90's boy's perspective. It was ICONIC

To answer your question at 18:49, I remember voting!! I 100% remember the choices being Miley Cyrus, Jason Earls, and Billy Ray Cyrus (maybe one other choice, but I’m unsure who. Maybe Moises or Mitchell?)
But they were all from the Hannah Montana cast. And as much of a Miley stan I was at the time, I voted for Jason Earls because I thought he would be really funny and they’d give him a good joke/line. Then when it premiered, I was like “OOOH MILEY WON!!! 🤩 Wait… that’s it? 🤨 THAT’S the cameo???”

Yes! She was a child actress and one of biggest pop stars in México that time. One of my first albums was hers. Recently she was a judge in The Voice México, and shes still mediatic ande making music! Shes still big here everyone knows her haha.

I’m 19 at the moment, which means I was 3 at the time that High School Musical premiered, but the role it has played in my life is truly insane. One of my best friends (and my longest friend) were always the Disney Channel kids, which means we STILL discuss the HSM franchise. At one point in 2020 pre-Covid, we ranked all the songs based on choreography, musicality, aesthetic of the scene, originality, and lyrics. Then we totaled our scores and averaged them between the 2 of us. Then we ranked them. First of all, this took 7 hours. Second of all, my DAD told us before he left to go to Bible study to text him if we needed help deciding between 2 songs. My dad worked his butt off to make my one prom revolve all around A Night to Remember, even going as far as to text the song to my date and tell him that’s how I’ve always imagined prom and he therefore needed to learn the choreo for that night. My dad and my sister then bribed one of my other friends to request the song. All of this was kept secret from me, and when I found out, I was speechless. I could not believe my dad did all that for me. On top of that, I found out my date DID in fact watch the video repeatedly and was planning to learn a piece of it but ran out of time. Definitely the sweetest thing someone has ever done for me. I also talked about the 3rd movie in my high school graduation speech, ending with “High School Musical 3: Senior Year came out 13 years ago when we were in kindergarten. And now, we’re finally at the ending scene, so in the slightly modified words of Troy Bolton, ‘once an Eaton eagle, always an Eaton eagle’”

Here’s an update on Belinda: she’s in an upcoming Netflix show called “Welcome to Eden” and is being hilarious in the promotional things, lol. She has an EP where she has random English versions of her songs and they’re still pretty good, lol. It’s called Utopia 2. I think the closest Marisol-ish song would be “End of The Day”; it’s more upbeat but still kinda ballad-y.

The cheetah girls was my very first concert in 2006 I believe (I live in the US). Miley Cyrus opened for them and it was iconic! I remember Mandy was one of Miley's backup dancers. The entire concert was amazing and I probably kept my ticket for that concert for about 5 years lol
