JoshOG did own Equity within CSGO lotto so he was a part of the whole scandal, but you also have to keep in mind that he didn't hide that he was sponsored by the site at the moment of signing, from the moment he was signed by the company he did communicate this to his stream through various means. He had a logo of CSGO Lotto as well as his list of sponsors so using the argument many used against syndicate and Tmartin is invalid. The other argument people make against Josh is the idea that he could have manipulated his earnings using his ties to the company and this is again false as both parties have come out to claim that he did nothing of the sort, most of this information was drowned by the self massacre of Tmartin. Sure, JoshOG definitely could have divulged this information explicitly, but that would mean he would need to state this every time he was on the site. Now this doesn't mean that he is in the clear when it comes to knowing what the site owners did, that was indeed wrongful but I don't think anyone who wants to continue a work relationship with someone/company would throw the company owners under bus with the shady practices they do. Make of this what you will but I dont think he deserves this amount of hate for being caught in the crossfire of what was the csgo scandal.
