I'd put up the traditional twice as big, with the air beam inside it as my cozy room, gear outside but in the other half of tent. Not hiking so no weight worries.
I have both and they are great, separately or with the air beam inside the other one. However, there’s one aspect that wasn’t mentioned. The air beam is not waterproof, so one must be aware of it.

Yes, our insulated Air Pole tents aren't waterproof but we do have our Core which is durable and waterproof!
