Pasteurized milk is not available for this recipe? I tried with 3.5% pasteurized milk and the result was cream cheese.
Thank you for sharing your experience! While raw milk is recommended in the original recipe, you can try enhancing pasteurized milk results by adjusting the acid content. Add a bit more vinegar or use a combination of vinegar and citric acid to achieve a firmer texture. Keep in mind that pasteurized milk may yield different results, but tweaking the acidity will bring you closer to the desired mozzarella consistency.
Happy cheese making!
Not stretchy. Needs more vinegar and kneading.
Appreciate your input! Cheese-making can vary based on personal preferences. Experimenting with the vinegar and kneading can indeed influence the stretchiness. For those attempting, give it a try, adjust as needed, and find what works best for you! Happy cheese-making! 🧀😊
did you know that people watch videos so they can watch, if we wanted to read we could just look up a recipe

Gloves please
Totally get your concern! We're pro-gloves too. In this video, we aimed to demonstrate the simplicity of making Mozzarella at home with minimal resources. Happy cheesemaking! 🧤🧀
You aren't eating it why say that. Cooks don't wear gloves in their own kitchens.
@@joanmacdonald2950 Appreciate your perspective. We wanted to emphasize the simplicity of the process for viewers, but you're absolutely right, personal kitchen practices vary. Thanks for your input!
