That is a great way to get a good looking cut-out. I'm noone but I do have a hobby of architecture and sculpture, so take this as you will. A great way to get clean lines in plastic cuts is to get the base cut/score in first. Go super light, just enough to get through the paint, and go all round your area. Then you can just continue to trace that line. Anyway, you did totally fine and probably don;t need the advice but I thought it might be helpful.

Running radiator hoses through the passenger compartment on a drift car is not a good idea, they get run very hot, like a burnout car, you want them well away from the inside. In the rare cases people do that they have to be sealed inside a heat proof duct.
The lines inside mullet are the water to air inter cooler lines, not the engine coolant. They carry ice cold water from the tank to the inter cooler at lower pressure and do not get scalding hot, so are safe in the passenger compartment.

I hate to be that guy but I had a metal brake line I moved about an inch closer than it come factory to the exhaust (I didn't realize what I did when it happened) and fought a passenger front brake caliper locking up after 15 min or so of driving. I changed absolutely everything on that side and when I did the brake line( being last and almost two years of using it this way and just cracking the bleeder ever so often and getting some insane pressure) the brake line was changed and the mistake was realized. Since moving that brake line less than 2"s away from the exhaust I've not had this issue since.
I would think those metal lines are gonna heat soak within 20 min and start to give you issues. I hope not for your sake but if you start having overheating issues, its a racecar at the end of the day so just shorten all the lines drop by a few inches and move them inside the cockpit with a sheet metal tunnel over them.

I do similar to Lazzes idea when I put counter flashing in chimneys we tuck point. I measure out the sizes I need including extra so I have overlap on the sides as I use 6 inch straight powder coated metal sheets with a 1 inch lip and I wrap it like a Christmas present. Problem is getting both of the folds on the front looking the same. Usually I do one side and figure out the first bend, then I mark the other side in the same spot so both are mirror images of each other. I get the upper bend around the top, bend it and make sure it works then do the bottom bend fold. If the chimney is squarish everything looks great and matches all around.
You figure these little tricks out to speed things up and do a better job after 30 some years 😉
