My putter is too long. A 30" or 31" would be great for me. I bought my putter at Goodwill and it measured 34" long. I guess a putter shaft can be shortened but not too much. That was before I knew anything about putters. Though my hands are down on the grip I think that is why I'm having trouble putting in my case.

Why not use the same posture and stance you use for tap inns. You hole 99% of your tapp inns...so its effective
