Howdy mr.bucken, great stuff, you are always teaching, man that pipe sounds great, never had a saw sound like that,I will try to get domething like that one day for sure, might do a little tinkering to see if I can build something for the heck of it,got a hand full of 372's but none run like yours, got a.390 that's a screaming demon, but still running a lot of saws with a lot of white on them!!!Lol, but love my huskys also but can't put down my 044 brother and back it up with the660,and yes keep the 394 to stay even !!! Love them all but came up on the stihls so I'm torn between them,70 now and how many do I really need???(all I can afford)Lol.still gather about 1 a.month, yes I still got the saw bug really bad,but I guess if.your going to be addicted might as well be saws, people.just don't know what a screaming saw means to a firewood logger, they can throw a.few in the hole when I'm done here!!!Lol!!! Thanks for being out there for us!!! Pleasure as always!!! Sierra John!!😅

I think the soft wood spot takes a bit more raker off for a bigger chip or bite, hard wood I don't think you would want a big Bute because it may catch if you don't have enough power. I could be wrong but that's kinda the information I have gathered.
