I have one query regarding beet pulp silage, I am planning for finishing feedlot fattening. my plan is to include 50% DM of TMR based on Beet pulp silage, while the remaining 50% DM of will be based on Dry Roughages 25 % and remaining 25 % on Concentrate i.e. Roughages is based on Rhode Grass Hay having DM 88%, Cp content 9% and Concentrate is based on Protein Based (consisting of Corn Gluten Meal, Wheat Bran, Molasses ,Lime ,Soda Bic,Yeast,Flavour) the point of adding wheat bran is just to maintain rumen health for optimum pH. as you mentioned in discussion, The Beet Pulp should not be more than 30% DM basis in ration and its have high NDF value moreover the Feed Intake drops, Feed efficiency Drops and ADG drop. what would you like to comment on my feeding regime? looking forward to listen from you. you are more than welcome to share your opinion.
