    Dear Ryan, I feel fortunate to have born in family who understand and practice these Kriyas. I too practiced when I was too young. Watching your video was like revisiting a place which you already have visited. Thanks for spreading this Knowledge.

    In Response to John Doe (youtube isn't letting me reply directly) -- Secrets don't help people realize Self-knowledge. Practice does. It is a long standing tradition to keep things secret that are considered special. I'm no longer interested in this tradition or supporting that false belief. If we can practice intelligently it is good. If we have a mentor that can help that is good too. It's always good to learn from a skillful, experienced and successful person, in any field. But there is no use in believing anymore that there is a special lineage when God is and animates all. I have seen no direct correlation between the level of realization of one who learned these techniques secretly through initiation and one who was simply sincere and practiced Kriya Yoga intelligently daily. It is time to take full responsibility for our Self-knowledge instead of looking outside of ourselves for an excuse to experience it.

      So glad to hear that. I am so much drawn to kriya yoga through videos but they all said we need to be initiated by a guru. I am nearly 70 years and can't go out in search of a guru. Thank God for you and the simple and clear way you teach. Please bless me.

      I was told by a high authority that as long as it's Babaji's Kriya yoga, it was just fine that I find where I could get the information I wanted (without the expense of and waiting so long for an 'initiation'; like Ananda or such....) I was lead through the practice many years ago but didn't keep up, I wasn't ready. Now I've been studying Patanjali, Yogananda and the lineage. I feel ready to embark, thank you for this. I've been seeking you, not knowing you were out there :)

    Question: I've seen how you align the planetary energies along the chakras. While chanting the mantras for each chakra, would you say it's viable to visualize the sigil of the planet sitting on the specific chakra? It makes sense doesn't it? The subconscious would pick up on that rather easily and add a bit more bang to it, it's like superimposing the planet it in that area of the energetic body further creating s more harmonious state

    Ryan, qq - is it ok to just chant OM on all the chakras? Heard from some teachers that this is also another way which Lahiri Mahashaya used to teach

    Namaste Kriya Yogi Kurczack. I am a bit confused about your sound activation of chakras. As I understand it it goes like this: 1st Lam, 2nd Vam, 3rd Ram, 4th Yam, 5th Ham, 6th Sham and 7th OM but in your teachings the last one is Bum. Other teachers or acharyas say that the Sahasra Chakra has no sound which is where you listen to spiritual sound of silence. Please clear this confusion.

    Also, can you explain why there are so many different variations of the techniques you have explained in this video? I have seen different versions of the techniques you teach. Small differences like added mantra words, or things like 16 reps of pranayama vs 14 reps...

    Hi, isn‘t it the other way around when it comes to „HAM“ - „SAW“? -> „HAM“ when you inhale and „SAW“ when you exhale? This was my understanding when checking out the videos from Sri M.

    What about in the case of more chronic illness? Is it correct that a chronic illness patient can never do the kriya pranayama?

    • @KriyaYogaOnline
      @KriyaYogaOnline  Před 3 lety

      All cases are different. But generally, if it's not possible, one can always do the preliminary techniques especially alternate nostril breathing, and if not that... Ramana Maharshi's self-inquiry is perfect.

    The chanting you mention the first as the root chakra and the second as the genitals? I was a little confused because the root chakra is the genitals...maybe I do both for the root chakra? Thanks so much Ryan. After reading Biography of a Yogi I wanted to try Kriya yoga.

    For the beej mantras of the chakras, the effect will work just by thinking and focusing on the sound created by the beej mantra words in the mind?
