Juliet was never even remotely jealous of Kate. She was afraid of letting herself become completely close to Sawyer out of fear of getting hurt. She had an abusive marriage with Edmund, Ben was emotionally controlling and Jack abandoned her. She doesn't have any reason to be jealous of Kate. She's a criminal, self-absorbed and inconsiderate, everything that Juliet is not. When it comes to Kate, Juliet is concerned about Sawyer's well-being only and if he would want Kate in any way, Juliet wouldn't let Sawyer drag herself into it. She doesn't have time or energy to that kind of drama in her life. If anything, it's Kate who's always been jealous of Juliet because she's everything that Kate wants to be. Respected, responsible, trustworthy and someone who has principles. Those qualities attracted Sawyer and Jack's attention to Juliet over Kate in season 3. Those qualities are more attractive than just being sexually appealing.
I guess because Juliet didn't present as overtly sexual. She wore modest clothing, actually had a brain. a personality and useful skills. While Kate's deepest thoughts seemed to consist of "Who should I sleep with this week, Jack or Sawyer?" @@user-kt8kk2jg7i
I can understand why some fans felt shortchanged with Losts mystery box approach. But the show did very well in presenting sentimental and fascinating relationship drama through the prism of the island mysteries.
What Sawyer said to Jack 1:54 to 2:05 about ending up back at the beach was almost what summed up the conclusion. In the last episode Jack was at the beach laying down dying... was this entire series something that went on in Jack's head about imaginary adventures he had with the passenegers on the flight that crashed plus a dreamed up conflict they all had about the "others" and who ever else came into the story line.... kind of like laying there dying while watching Gilligan's island? What a terrible thought! Yikes too much contemplation. I wish they would re run this series again from beggining to end.
No, that was not in his imagination, everything that happened on the Island was real. Nothing to contemplate, it was said in the finale episode and confirmed by the writers
They tried to make several series that tried to emulate LOST but they all fell flat on their faces, though there are several others made afterwards that build on what LOST achieved.
@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849 I would think freckling actually increases with age. At any rate, this was a great show. Sawyer got with both Kate and Juliette. Jack got with both Kate and Juliette. In the end, Sawyer got with Juliette and Jack got with Kate. A LOVE rectangle. They were like this in the Afterlife as well.

Kate was useless and dislikeable. Contributed nothing to the story besides eye candy.
@@JoePedoJuliet is so much hotter tho😅 how can anyone choose Kate over Juliet is such a mystery to me lol

All julet sensce with swyer was in the deep meaning about Kate relationship's with swyer
Why does he call her Freckles? She has none.
Lol she had lots. In this scene probably there was too much foundation that concealed them. Sometimes they become less visible with age.
