This is much more serious song than it seems at the first glance! It's anti-war and anti-dictatorship protest rock opera like song and brutal mockery of "little vile p*********" which is interpreted by many as Putin himself but also all mad dictators like him in general.
It is performed by the Let 3 - famous experimental and often extremely provocative Croatian art punk rock band that is active over 30 years and which also had collaborations in theater peroformances including those with very serious directors.
Posible lyrics description by many: "Mama ŠČ" = Mama Russia (among Russians "mother" symbolises their country), ŠČ is letter from the Russian alphabet.
"Mother bought a tractor" = Belarus dictator Lukašenko gave to Putin tractor for his 70th birthday.
"Mother loved a moron" = Mother Russia loved Putin.
As I've written "little vile p*********" is also interpreted as Putin and all mad agressors like him!
Let 3 outfits and styling: military like clothes as the representation of all mad war thirsty dictators in combo with drag queen like clothes and makeup (provocation to homophobic Russian President and likewise dictatorial conservatives).
Nuclear rockets in their performances are rather self-explanatory: "little vile p********" from the Kremlin is constantly threatening with usage of nukes!
It has to be said that Let 3 members had several interviews in which they gave some vague hints to whom this song might be dedicated to which can be summarized to dictators and all powerful people that think that have right to do whatever they please regardless of others including people as Putin! Of course I've paraphrased their words but that's the general meaning.
    Warm greetings from Croatia

This is obviously an anti-Putin song, if you dig a little deeper you will know that we have history with Russians but we love them, but Putin or Staljin not so much:) But this is not my reason why I am commenting on this. It's about Slovenia, you have 150000 real estate in Croatia, 1/2 Slovenians visit Croatia every year. Even Josip Broz Tito's mother was Slovenian, show us some love Slovenia, why do we have to be so hard on Us:) I don't mean on a personal level, because I was in Slovenia, and you're so nice, but on a political level, you are so hard on us:) Show some love in politics:) Even nowadays, when we all are together in the EU, NATO, Schengen, still have Slovenian army on our territory. Well OK if this is the way it should make you feel more comfortable about Croatia no problem, but please show Us some love in politics:)

There's a CZcams comment that explaines well the meaning of this song: "As a Croat who understands lyrics, I would also like to provide an additional interpretation of the first two verses. So the first verse goes "Mama kupila traktora", and it actually doesn't literally decode to Lukashenko buying a tractor to Putin, but to Russia "buying"/bribing Belarus and establishing control over Belarus. That's because "kupila" translates to "she bought". Also, беларус
(=Belarus) is the best selling model of tractor in Belarus, and this makes the parody more more apparent. This interpretation is important for understanding the second verse "Armageddon nona", which is harder to understand. "Nona" in Croatian means grandmother. So if "mama"
Russia, then "nona" = "Soviet Union". This
makes more sense if you consider that Russia
"bought" Belarus, and has now transformed itself into new Soviet Union who wants to be an empire (armageddon nona). Finally the nonsensical spelling of alphabet letters in the middle of the song actually represents unification of (Soviet) states into new
Soviet Union, which is now represented with a new symbol "§C'. Also "SC" is parody of letter
"Z" which you can now see on Russian tanks deployed in Ukraine. Despite being punk rockers, Let 3 are known in Croatia and ex-Yugoslav states for their unique punk rock style and deep symbolism. Their main member Mrle also writes texts for theatre plays, which is also worth pointing out. So the whole performance must be taken into account while interpreting it, because this isn't a song you can listen to on radio, but a mini opera that makes a parody of horrors of totalitarianism"
Krokodilski psihopat - crocodile is a very widespread drug in Russia which turns people into zombies.
The message is that we're on your side and against all wars, Ukraine!

I think you understood the message well. Honestly, if Let 3 applied for the Croatian representative at Eurovision for 5 years in a row, the Croats would probably send him, but we are delighted that they applied this year as well. At least 90% of Croats are not delighted with the songs at the Eurovision Song Contest at least for the last 15-20 years, but it's stupid for us not to participate, and singers that Croats love rarely apply. This is an anti-war song, but also a Croatian rebuke of what is happening to the songs of Europe

Hello from Croatia! Most importantly, this is an anti-war, anti-dictatorship song. A mockery, but when you understand it, very serious song about very serious things. Every word, every move, dance, coreography is here with meaning. It`s about current mess and circus in the world, about crazy politicians etc etc. I can write whole bible here, but some important parts are: "Mama kupila traktora" (Mom bought a tractor) is reffering to Putin`s gift to Lukashenko. "Onaj mali psihopat" (That little ville psychophat) is Putin. "Mama idem u rat!" (Mom I`m going to war!). Guy in the black dress with words "NJINLE" written on his forehead...well, in reverse on Croatian languange is Lenjin, English Lenin. And you certainly understand what nuclear rockets means. They are threathing whole world with nuclear war. ŠČ is a letter in Russian alphabet, so song name Mama ŠČ! is in disguise Mother Russia. Greetings from Croatia and ŠČ!

It's bit dark actually, it's anti war song.
    Lyrics go by pretty much
Mother bought tractor ( Lukasenko bought Putin tractor for birthday)
Mother kissed/loved moron ( Mother Russia loved Putin)
Mother i'm going to play, mother i'm going to war ( well ,really doesn't need to explain this part)
Little dirty psychopath ( again, no need to explain who they are aiming this for )
Crocodile physcopath could be interpreted in several ways , crocodile deadly drug, Boris Johnson called Putin crocodile who keeps Ukraine in jaws
Son Armagedonon- basically Putin's treat for WW III
But there is another intresting nugget, on heads of singers there are signs:
    glad- poverty
    smrt- death
    kuga-plague
They wanted to preform song in war uniforms but they weren't allowed.

PUTIN GOT a tractor for his birthday from Belarus thus reference to Tractor. MAMMA is Russia as SC is a letter in Russian alphabet. The Reference to Morona is Moron Putin and Mamma loving Putin . There is also reference to phsycopath a small psychopath going to war. That person is Putin. The song is full of cryptic messages.....genius

Dont laugh and be stupid before you know meaning of the text. Song has a deep political meaning in a satiric way, making a joke of mister in the east (you have good explanation in comments below), and skirts and costumes are protest again, against mister in the east and his prosecution of HBTQ.
