Out of school youth afforded a second chance at a productive life through the Improving Gender Attitudes, Transition and Education outcomes (IGATE) Project's Community Based Education (CBE) Initiative where life skills such as foundational literacy, numeracy, entrepreneurship and vocational skills are taught
