God has gone before me and goes with me now during a health chronic crisis that just had a severe set back. Our medical bills are provided for. My marriage is strong, our support system stepped up and my prayer life is growing❤. Health can be an idol. I am not promised health. Even paul had a thorn in the side. Though i bear this struggle I will praise God!
Leaning on him these past 8 months almost 9 months of the love of my life passing. & during this time of repairing my relationship with my Heavenly Father. The Holy Spirit is my best friend for sure bc when I battle my own thoughts, he has been amazing to me getting into the word & having the support of sisters in Christ to connect to when I feel like I’m drifting or feeling alone. ❤Praise the Lord for what he has done for me. He did give me a fellowship of women of all ages to be in my life online has been a blessing.
It’s been several sermons that have spoken to me that it is detrimental to change the way I think. If you have thoughts that make you feel hopeless, it’s not from God.
My family and I are still in the season of waiting....last year I heard the sweet soft voice of the Lord in my sleep (after a night of crying myself to sleep) telling me that the crying will end and the dawn is coming...weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. It seems like the closer dawn gets the harder the trials are to distract me or discourage me....but I'm holding on to His voice...He's brought me too far for me to give up on Him now!!! ❤❤❤ HOLD ON FAM!
Needed this today! My testimony is one of faith. No matter what we are facing God will give us strength. As a single mother I’m overwhelmed at times raising two children with autism. I started homeschooling them last year so my hours to work are limited. I keep faith in Jesus even as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. Lord please take away my fears because I’m constantly in fear of homelessness. But I STILL TRUST IN YOU. Please guide me and protect me through this hard period of my life I am facing. I usually don't comment but this! Sis, I know the feeling for I am in the same boat. I've been seeking employment for the past year and a half and to top off the icing on the cake I got my eviction notice on Monday! I refuse to concentrate on my current circumstances, easier said than done, but I am going to continue to seek God every day for He is the creator of everything and therefore in control of everything! His word states in Philippians 4:19, "But my God shall supply ALL your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." I can feel your heart in this video. This year has honestly been the hardest year of my life where I feel like lofe had been throwing blow after blow and it has left me in a state of fear and discouragement but it had drawn me close to God even when I wanted to walk away. I've been finding comfort in his word, counseling, journaling, spending time with my family, your vidoes and even crying lol.
Whatever is happening, I pray for your deliverance and the well-being of those around you. It’s hard, really hard. But God is not only good, but a God of action. And He will move in your favor. ❤❤
Thank you so much Melody for your always timely message. I’m also going through it right now and am still waiting on God to come through. One Bible verse that comforted me recently is Psalm 56:8 - ‘You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in Your bottle. You have recorded each one in Your book.’ This tells me that it hurts Him to see us go through the wilderness too, but He wouldn’t allow is to go through it if He didn’t mean it for our good and the good of His kingdom. Sometimes I try to be brave and hold the tears in to show God I’m trying to wait ‘well’, but this verse gave me the freedom to let out all my tears and grievances because He is collecting them all. I am currently in my season of waiting on God. It’s difficult, but God keeps dropping nuggets, like this video, to let me know He’s here and I need to be patient. Thank you for allowing your true feelings and raw emotions to be seen. Often times, others think that we have it all together. But deep down, I just wanna scream. I allow myself to be upset and I allow myself to cry. That doesn’t mean that I love God any less or that He loves me any less. That means I’m human and we all are going through it. One way God has comfort me I was in a really sticky situation and loud as day, He spoke to me in my ear. Saying I got you baby girl and in that moment, I couldn’t understand how he had me, but now that I look back in hindsight, I see how he totally had me even through that uncomfortable situation. I’m so grateful and I’m so thankful. Thank you Father ❤
One way that God comforts me is by showing me hearts, no matter where I am. Whether I'm angry or sad or confused or just tired, wherever I look when I'm searching for His comfort, I'll see a heart, big and small, obvious or not, in the clouds or trees; it'll be there. It just reminds me of His presence and to calm down and remember who He is. My God can do all things even when it seems like He isn't. I hope this helps someone. Jesus Loves You ❤❤❤

Hey Melody, thank you so very much for continuing to do these videos even in your trying times. I pray that your storm, test or trial you get through it. You certainly help me whenever I watch these. So, this entire year I feel has been a very tough one. I am going through a transition with my job and soon to be let go, the environment wasn't the best, but I wanted to try and hang on. I've struggled with love/relationships. Holding my family together and keeping them focused on how much God loves us and is already working it out while them dealing with mental and physical health challenges. I am reminded of God's comfort in the midst of everything when I come to youTube and find your videos and it is on something that my heart needs at the moment. How did God know that I needed a word on how to continue to hold on? Because he is God and he knows everything. The second half of this year I've been saying to myself... "Lord, I don't know what's next, but I trust you". The days could be worst, things could go in a further south way, but he still shows me that he is there. The dark times are never as dark as they can get. I hold on to whatever light I can find and I am grateful for that.

I just stumbled across this video! It just so happens I’m doing a women’s Bible study on 40 years in the wilderness at my church as well! This video itself is a comfort to me! My husband and I have been struggling to get pregnant for the past year after a miscarriage. God has comforted me from that day forward! Just the other day I saw a rainbow and remember why God left that here for us and it reminded me of all of the promises He has kept and continues to keep. I also run into people whose journeys are similar and continue to tell me to not lose hope. All of these things are the never ending comfort He provides for me and will provide for anyone else! ❤️❤️
I am currently going through a difficult season. So many afflictions and trials and I am goin to stay close to God for He cares for me. The enemy wants to plant seeds of fear and doubt but I stand with God. It's challenging but I know The Lord is protecting me!

God overloads me with scriptures and sermons related to what I have talked to him about. It may be immediately or months later but He shows me. He has comforted me through music with lyrics that are directed at me.
I want to say this video was very encouraging. I was just crying out to God about my finances and how I felt he was just watching me suffer. Watching this video reminds me of a time that God did come through financially earlier this year I was crying about my finances and then I walked outside of my house and then boom there was a whole $20 bill right in front of my house. Here recently I’ve been struggling and God gave me a dream about my bank account and how I had so much money in my checking account and my savings account. Although I may not see the fruit of that now I will see the fruit in due season. Praise God!

Just last week, in the midst of letting go of the past and healing from heartbreak, God so clearly prepared a table for me, a feast. My friend made me dinner which was already such a blessing but in God’s abundance, she prepared sashimi, freshly caught. A true favorite of mine going back to sweet childhood memories and I see how much God knows me, loves me and sees me. ❤ Melody, I’m praying for you and the season you’re walking through. The Lord gives us feet like dear, so we can tread heights (Psalms 18:33)

I’ve been in my challegening season for some time now but I’ve grown closer to God. I can feel Him pulling out the weeds and planting new seeeds. I have to say though that it’s not fun and I’ve spent numerous nights crying but I trust and believe in God. ❤✝️
I am in a waiting season.... And I did a 5 day fast, once I was done fasting, I felt so extremely discouraged and I remember not being able to pray for a whole day.... The next morning I woke up feeling completely lost and sad .. and I didn't know what to do....I went to work as usual and as I was sitting behind my desk trying to listen to a sermon or a gospel song or to recount previous blessing that I had received, and nothing seemed to lift my spirits, I just felt a nudge to go and pray. Immediately I was done praying and I got back to my seat, my sister... Who happens to be my colleague suddenly sends me paragraphs of encouragement in regards to fasting and praying... And I couldn't deny that was God using her to encourage my heart. God is Faithful, and he's always with us❤

I lost my car, I’m going from being a massage therapist to working as a cleaner at the airport, no friends and living in a state I left because I couldn’t get comfortable but I found myself in this time getting close to God and living in his will for my life , it’s hard but I’m trusting him

A time God has comforted me in a time of struggle was my first day back at college. I went from online to in person and my anxiety was getting the best of me. I was nervous and I felt alone in this new season of going back to school. God knew I was feeling anxious and alone and he reminded me that despite no one reaching out or acknowledging my first day back that he is always with me and he cares. I walked outside towards my car and that’s when out of no where it was like a hundred birds in the bushes and trees around me and the moment I turned the corner to my car they all flew up into the sky. It was such a beautiful sight and reminded me that God is always here for me even in my feelings of loneliness. After that I felt seen and cared for and it relieved a lot of my anxiety knowing I wasn’t walking into this new season alone. God is truly a God of comfort ❤🙏🏾🫶🏾
God has comforted me with his promises, knowing who He is. He's a promise keeper and doesn't work in our timeline. He will do everything he said he will do.
I find comfort in knowing that God has seen it all, worked out the problems, and provided the blessings already. He is the answer before you have the problem. You just have to walk it out, to see what He sees. Take a deep breath, know the truth, and keep going. This is my day by day motto ❤
It's comforting to know that these trials and battles that people went through in the Bible were right before the biggest breakthroughs. The enemy is constantly trying to get us to be discouraged so we give up. But God comforted me personally by speaking a portion of a verse to my spirit in prayer. In the middle of a test I heard "don't let anyone steal your crown". That led me to Hebrews chapter 10 and 11. It gave me hope and clarity 💜🙏

I am currently facing a few storms and have been reading the lineage of grace by Francine rivers which is a 5 part book and the section I'm on is the story of rahab. It's is so encouraging to see that even a woman who had no prior study or major knowledge about God can be so full of faith and having faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains!!! Praise God in advance even when we have no words. The holy Spirit groans on our behalf when we are unable to speak❤ be strong in your faith sis. The Lord's work you are doing only makes Satan's minions attack u more but know that you are doing something right bc u are being attacked! Shout and praise that you are being tested and continue to stomp on the devil's neck because you will persevere in complete victory 🙌🏾🙌🏾 (sorry so long) be blessed beloved
I have been going THROUGH it. The year has been difficult but especially since September I’ve been in a tough season. Weeks ago I left a comment on someone’s video and random strangers gave me words of encouragement and I now know that was God’s comfort. I’m still struggling and it’s hard to find the resilience to just keep pushing but I want to see what God has in store. Jehovah-jireh, the Lord who provides, I’m still here! Was in an accident, and I was comforted during the challenging time. And I am still comforted from the stresses of the new car not working, and possibly having to trade it in upside down.
When my daughter attempted to commit suicide, when my heart was broken from a situationship, when I felt like I didn’t want to live any more, the messy relationship with my family, the molestation, the death of family members, not feeling worthy, questioning God why am I here, the anger…. I can go on and on and God is faithful and he is always fighting for us to win victorious in His name. There is NO greater love than the love of the Father. He is Faithful. ♥️🙏🏽

Very much needed message!! When I'm going through everyday life and routines, sometimes struggles and sudden hardships makes life feel so heavy. But the joy of the Lord truly is my strength! To know my suffering is only temporary compared to eternity with HIM makes it easier to have and exhibit Heavenly ways and thinking. Its not a matter of it happening, its trying to figure out the "how" that gets frustrating sometimes. But God will make a way, as He always has.
I specifically came to you tube to search for something to tell me God is with me. I couldn't remember your name but I wanted to see one of your videos and somehow this video was the top one to pop up. I see you. And you validated me. And this was the comfort my heart needed.

What an on time word/encouragement… As we keep our eyes on the hills in this valley moment. Keep praying, fasting, seeking, praying 🙏🏾 May your valley moment be soon a victory on the mountain. What I do is take that energy (failing, sadness, and anxiety)to encourage someone else, let someone know you are grateful for them, surprise a coworker with a cup of coffee, tell someone they are beautiful. This shifts the atmosphere in ways you won’t believe. Love you
I truly heard this today and am reminded that God told us we are walking THROUGH the valley and not living there. That He will give us the grace to walk through it and that at no point does He leave us even when it's hard to believe. Sis, your open-hearted vulnerability hit me to where I truly realized "We all have 'something' ". While I am so blessed in almost every area of my life, and I know that I should be happy with that, I feel that I have been in a 5-year wilderness in what I believe to be God's calling in my career, and in an 18-year wilderness when it comes to love/relationships. It seems that no matter what I do or don't do, I just can't seem to catch a break in these 2 areas. I know God is good, and that He cannot fail; I've seen it in my life again & again. But these 2 things? I truly question if I heard God right in what I perceived to be so many "God winks" along the way over the years. This video reminded me to just continue to love & pursue God for the good Father that He is, and no matter the outcome, HE IS GOOD. I just need to strengthen myself with this.

My family and I are still in the season of waiting....last year I heard the sweet soft voice of the Lord in my sleep (after a night of crying myself to sleep) telling me that the crying will end and the dawn is coming...weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. It seems like the closer dawn gets the harder the trials are to distract me or discourage me....but I'm holding on to His voice...He's brought me too far for me to give up on Him now!!! ❤❤❤ HOLD ON FAM!

I started homeschooling them last year so my hours to work are limited. I keep faith in Jesus even as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. I've been seeking employment for the past year and a half and to top off the icing on the cake I got my eviction notice on Monday! I refuse to concentrate on my current circumstances, easier said than done, but I am going to continue to seek God every day for He is the creator of everything and therefore in control of everything! I can feel your heart in this video. This year has honestly been the hardest year of my life where I feel like lofe had been throwing blow after blow and it has left me in a state of fear and discouragement but it had drawn me close to God even when I wanted to walk away. I've been finding comfort in his word, counseling, journaling, spending time with my family, your vidoes and even crying lol.
Whatever is happening, I pray for your deliverance and the well-being of those around you. It’s hard, really hard. But God is not only good, but a God of action. And He will move in your favor. ❤❤
Thank you so much Melody for your always timely message. I’m also going through it right now and am still waiting on God to come through. One Bible verse that comforted me recently is Psalm 56:8 - ‘You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in Your bottle. You have recorded each one in Your book.’ This tells me that it hurts Him to see us go through the wilderness too, but He wouldn’t allow is to go through it if He didn’t mean it for our good and the good of His kingdom. Sometimes I try to be brave and hold the tears in to show God I’m trying to wait ‘well’, but this verse gave me the freedom to let out all my tears and grievances because He is collecting them all. I am currently in my season of waiting on God. It’s difficult, but God keeps dropping nuggets, like this video, to let me know He’s here and I need to be patient. Thank you for allowing your true feelings and raw emotions to be seen. Often times, others think that we have it all together. But deep down, I just wanna scream. I allow myself to be upset and I allow myself to cry. That doesn’t mean that I love God any less or that He loves me any less. That means I’m human and we all are going through it. One way that God comforts me is by showing me hearts, no matter where I am. Whether I'm angry or sad or confused or just tired, wherever I look when I'm searching for His comfort, I'll see a heart, big and small, obvious or not, in the clouds or trees; it'll be there. It just reminds me of His presence and to calm down and remember who He is. My God can do all things even when it seems like He isn't. I hope this helps someone. Jesus Loves You ❤❤❤

So, this entire year I feel has been a very tough one. I am going through a transition with my job and soon to be let go, the environment wasn't the best, but I wanted to try and hang on. I've struggled with love/relationships. Holding my family together and keeping them focused on how much God loves us and is already working it out while them dealing with mental and physical health challenges. I am reminded of God's comfort in the midst of everything when I come to youTube and find your videos and it is on something that my heart needs at the moment. How did God know that I needed a word on how to continue to hold on? Because he is God and he knows everything. The second half of this year I've been saying to myself... "Lord, I don't know what's next, but I trust you". The days could be worst, things could go in a further south way, but he still shows me that he is there. The dark times are never as dark as they can get. I hold on to whatever light I can find and I am grateful for that.

I just stumbled across this video! It just so happens I’m doing a women’s Bible study on 40 years in the wilderness at my church as well! This video itself is a comfort to me! My husband and I have been struggling to get pregnant for the past year after a miscarriage. God has comforted me from that day forward! Just the other day I saw a rainbow and remember why God left that here for us and it reminded me of all of the promises He has kept and continues to keep. I also run into people whose journeys are similar and continue to tell me to not lose hope. All of these things are the never ending comfort He provides for me and will provide for anyone else! ❤️❤️

God overloads me with scriptures and sermons related to what I have talked to him about. It may be immediately or months later but He shows me. He has comforted me through music with lyrics that are directed at me.
In my trials and when I’m feeling lonely or discouraged, He reminds me that He is with.
I want to say this video was very encouraging. I was just crying out to God about my finances and how I felt he was just watching me suffer. Watching this video reminds me of a time that God did come through financially earlier this year I was crying about my finances and then I walked outside of my house and then boom there was a whole $20 bill right in front of my house. Here recently I’ve been struggling and God gave me a dream about my bank account and how I had so much money in my checking account and my savings account. Although I may not see the fruit of that now I will see the fruit in due season. Praise God!

Just last week, in the midst of letting go of the past and healing from heartbreak, God so clearly prepared a table for me, a feast. My friend made me dinner which was already such a blessing but in God’s abundance, she prepared sashimi, freshly caught. A true favorite of mine going back to sweet childhood memories and I see how much God knows me, loves me and sees me. ❤

I am in a waiting season.... And I did a 5 day fast, once I was done fasting, I felt so extremely discouraged and I remember not being able to pray for a whole day.... The next morning I woke up feeling completely lost and sad .. and I didn't know what to do....I went to work as usual and as I was sitting behind my desk trying to listen to a sermon or a gospel song or to recount previous blessing that I had received, and nothing seemed to lift my spirits, I just felt a nudge to go and pray. Immediately I was done praying and I got back to my seat, my sister... Who happens to be my colleague suddenly sends me paragraphs of encouragement in regards to fasting and praying... And I couldn't deny that was God using her to encourage my heart. God is Faithful, and he's always with us❤

I lost my car, I’m going from being a massage therapist to working as a cleaner at the airport, no friends and living in a state I left because I couldn’t get comfortable but I found myself in this time getting close to God and living in his will for my life , it’s hard but I’m trusting him

A time God has comforted me in a time of struggle was my first day back at college. I went from online to in person and my anxiety was getting the best of me. I was nervous and I felt alone in this new season of going back to school. God knew I was feeling anxious and alone and he reminded me that despite no one reaching out or acknowledging my first day back that he is always with me and he cares. I walked outside towards my car and that’s when out of no where it was like a hundred birds in the bushes and trees around me and the moment I turned the corner to my car they all flew up into the sky. It was such a beautiful sight and reminded me that God is always here for me even in my feelings of loneliness. After that I felt seen and cared for and it relieved a lot of my anxiety knowing I wasn’t walking into this new season alone. God is truly a God of comfort ❤🙏🏾🫶🏾
God has comforted me with his promises, knowing who He is. He's a promise keeper and doesn't work in our timeline. He will do everything he said he will do.
I find comfort in knowing that God has seen it all, worked out the problems, and provided the blessings already. He is the answer before you have the problem. You just have to walk it out, to see what He sees. Take a deep breath, know the truth, and keep going. This is my day by day motto ❤

It's comforting to know that these trials and battles that people went through in the Bible were right before the biggest breakthroughs. The enemy is constantly trying to get us to be discouraged so we give up. But God comforted me personally by speaking a portion of a verse to my spirit in prayer. In the middle of a test I heard "don't let anyone steal your crown". That led me to Hebrews chapter 10 and 11. It gave me hope and clarity 💜🙏
He never gives up on me or my family he is a loving caring God thank you Jesus Christ for all your loving ❤

I am currently facing a few storms and have been reading the lineage of grace by Francine rivers which is a 5 part book and the section I'm on is the story of rahab. It's is so encouraging to see that even a woman who had no prior study or major knowledge about God can be so full of faith and having faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains!!! Praise God in advance even when we have no words. The holy Spirit groans on our behalf when we are unable to speak❤ be strong in your faith sis. The Lord's work you are doing only makes Satan's minions attack u more but know that you are doing something right bc u are being attacked! Shout and praise that you are being tested and continue to stomp on the devil's neck because you will persevere in complete victory 🙌🏾🙌🏾 (sorry so long) be blessed beloved
I have been going THROUGH it. The year has been difficult but especially since September I’ve been in a tough season. Weeks ago I left a comment on someone’s video and random strangers gave me words of encouragement and I now know that was God’s comfort. I’m still struggling and it’s hard to find the resilience to just keep pushing but I want to see what God has in store. Jehovah-jireh, the Lord who provides, I’m still here! Very much needed message!! When I'm going through everyday life and routines, sometimes struggles and sudden hardships makes life feel so heavy. But the joy of the Lord truly is my strength! To know my suffering is only temporary compared to eternity with HIM makes it easier to have and exhibit Heavenly ways and thinking. Its not a matter of it happening, its trying to figure out the "how" that gets frustrating sometimes. But God will make a way, as He always has.
I specifically came to you tube to search for something to tell me God is with me. I couldn't remember your name but I wanted to see one of your videos and somehow this video was the top one to pop up. I see you. And you validated me. And this was the comfort my heart needed.

What I do is take that energy (failing, sadness, and anxiety)to encourage someone else, let someone know you are grateful for them, surprise a coworker with a cup of coffee, tell someone they are beautiful. This shifts the atmosphere in ways you won’t believe. Love you

That He will give us the grace to walk through it and that at no point does He leave us even when it's hard to believe. Sis, your open-hearted vulnerability hit me to where I truly realized "We all have 'something' ". While I am so blessed in almost every area of my life, and I know that I should be happy with that, I feel that I have been in a 5-year wilderness in what I believe to be God's calling in my career, and in an 18-year wilderness when it comes to love/relationships. It seems that no matter what I do or don't do, I just can't seem to catch a break in these 2 areas. I know God is good, and that He cannot fail; I've seen it in my life again & again. But these 2 things? I truly question if I heard God right in what I perceived to be so many "God winks" along the way over the years. This video reminded me to just continue to love & pursue God for the good Father that He is, and no matter the outcome, HE IS GOOD. I just need to strengthen myself with this.
He has given me incredible peace during some of my trials and storms. I have been amazed at how calm and peaceful I feel in the face of situations I wouldn’t normally be mentally strong enough to face. Things have been really different and tough this year but,I am forever grateful for God’s unconditional grace and mercy at work in my life.
