I agree with the whole going to uni thing. I sometimes think that if I had a gap year after secondary school to apprentice and learn a lot outside of the classrooms where teachers made it look like a uni degree is the only way, my life would've been a lot different today.

Literally 5:40 is what happened to me. I went into uni and studied law thinking that uni was my only option. Come my graduation year and I’m being emailed about bareee legal apprenticeships and internships that I’m not longer eligible for because I’m a graduate. I thank God for the lifelong friends I made in uni but if I could tell 17yr old me anything it would be not to apply for uni
