Also Lola I am disabled as of the past year due to heart issues and two open heart surgeries. These videos and especially your are my favorite and I would watch them while in the hospital the 4 months total I have been in there over the past year!! Please help me figure out what tools to Alice the plates with!! I have tried the $5 one from Walmart but it doesn’t slice them as thin and uniform as yours and other asmr artists plates are!! I am dying to make a set up at hope not to film just to crunch for myself!! Please help me to know what ur recommendations on tools are and what soap u like?! I live in Nashville TN and I have tried out a few fails from Walmart but ivory seemed to dry n crunch well!! Please tips and guidance I would be so grateful!! ❤Chelsea

It is corn starch and it just changes the sound of the crunch. I find it super satisfying!
