I really dont know why desperation is such a underrated effect, its such a broken effect. Desperation support is absolutly stupid and will age incredibly well.

Its counter, Hardy Bearing is also a very powerful and underrated effect.
I don't think it's necessarily underrated, it just has very low availability as a skill itself. People in the know used Hardy Bearing W! Byleth against Desperation S! Shamir for as long as people used W! Byleth lol
DR on multiple hits is very hard.. like 2nd hit onwards are 80%
@@mauricesteel4995 yeah but only one unit can ever have it at a time and a lot of the units that like to use it defensively (duo byleth) get blown up by these units anyways

I’m so happy they gave him a good weapon.
I'm a sucker for Fallen units, but it still hurts seeing the third Lumera (with Engage being a little over a year old) while TMS only ever got one banner and Warriors was completely forgetten about XD
I’d be more excited if the attire was different between the 3. I think it was Ordinary Cheese Wizard who posted, “Does Lumera not have a change of clothes?” 🤣

@@FEH You'll even see the outfit a fourth time if they decide to release Dragon Monarch f!Alear lmao. The lack of new attire doesn't surprise me since most Fallen units wear their old gear, save for Chrom whom I think was Cipher inspired.
But it really does hurt Lumera to get three of hers in such a short time, I think. When other characters haven't even gotten a single version, alt or not. Though IS really do be that way.
Funny story, the only game my defense lost all of this last Anima season was against an E! Ike that brought B! Corrin as a DVS bot (granted, they played it perfectly so I can't even fault the defense, as I've been using Corrin myself), and I mention it because they didn't even need to bring their own Rally Spectrum to counter my Hush Spectrum. Just that DVS allowed that E! Ike to survive both my AoE and my double Flare. Through Exposure, albeit close. While he didn't one round Y! Chrobin, he didn't need to. He survived, and got them on Chrobin's second go. The point of this is that, while it is true that you'll generally have to pick the one support carefully, and that M! Lumera's biggest strength comes from being a Mythic and not taking that one support slot, F! Lumera might be enough against a lot of defenses on Astra season when you couple her with M! Veyle for that extra layer of bulk. If nothing else, it's another tool for your 5 team slots. And from the defender's side, if she spreads, we might need yet another layer of redundancy. Well, that or hope that the E! Ike players aren't good enough to see through the movement shenanigans and get caught off guard, which admittedly is most of them. STILL, and you know I love me some Lumera, but I don't think Ike needs more tools than he already has right now.
Ike just keeps winning. With more bonus stealing shenanigans, DVS has gained a lot of value.
@@FEH I'll definitely pick them up, but I unironically fear these two (Veyle and Lumera) the most in the hands of 2x offensive mythic sac players lol
Fallen Lumera is a pretty interesting omni-tank for a Dual Tanking comp with Emblem Ike.
If you give her NCD, she is one of the very few units who can have DR piercing and NCD at the same time, just like E!Ike. She has access to unpierceable DR with Dragon's Roar and/or the Ike Engage. Plus, she sets Stone terrain, which mitigates E!Ike's weakness to AoE, and she has Scowl to fight off the enemy's E!Ike.
Am I the only one who feels underwhelmed but this banner?
Normally fallen banner’s are exiting but this just isn’t doing it for me, it’s cool that Nergal is here and Veyel looks fun but overall meh 😑…. more orbs saved for the end of month I guess.
Also I have a feeling Vantage 4 could possibly soft counter burn damage when it comes out by activating after the damage is dealt and letting the user have all their follow ups before the foe can even attack.🤔
i was undewhelmed by the characters, honestly. Engage focused heroes came not too long ago, and it was pretty underwhelming to get Veyle and Lumera when we have their mythic forms who are pretty similar.
I'm going for that Verge of Death... I picked the AoE Alear build from your video for the Formas and would love to go from LnD4 to... this new LnD5. I'll also try getting some Lumeras and Veyles though.
Still no Scarlet (from fates) and the 2 most likely banners she would appear on (fallen and fates new heroes), have now passed (only bridal left, but that is such a long shot, copium chance that she would be on that banner).
We need a campaign to get her in via CyL at this point. Scarlet (from fates) for CyL 8!

If/when you have a spare E!ike to give out Laguz Friend, what attuned/rearmed unit would you give it to? Both for their own benefit/best unit to fodder to others.
blazing thunder is actually a pretty nice aoe on some duels maps
With Lumera and Veyle's support getting out of their AR seasons we're gonna see a lot more Veyle + Lumera support

I’ve got her in S tier for now because of how good she is for omnitanks, her fodder flexibility as a melee infantry unit, and how powerful she is.
Have you tried Unity stacking her? It’s insane.
Could you give Nergal Aether and have B!Robin for a 4x special jump on your first attack?
You definitely could, but the healing would be a waste since it’s the first hit.
It seems FEH saw all the people asking where all the Engage characters were and just started spamming us with em.
Nergal is definitly the most unique of the lot. That's why I think he's going to last the longest. It's going to be a nightmare for anyone facing him lol.
I can’t believe his effect works even if he’s killed in combat.
I dont understand why Legendary Shez is in Tier 4 when she is one of the few units that can solo Emblem Ike 🤔.
Also Legendary Chrom should never be below tier 1 his versatile demands it
shez doesnt kill ike and chrom is murdered by every meta onmi tank

@@IscAst4Shez was on the ranged Nukes list and Tier 4 is really low for a unit that can kill the strongest unit in the meta regardless of any support effectives.
Chrom can do it too granted it takes a lil more work than Shez but I think there's a lil more room in Tier 1.
Being able to solo Emblem Ike is a Tier 1 feat imo
