That sister is something else. He was clearly the unfavored child in that family and she is just carrying the torch except he is not her child but her brother. He should’ve sued her for false imprisonment and pressed charges then little Miss perfect could have a dose of her own medicine

She’s definitely lying. When she tells her story, she avoids eye contact

There will be other birds but he could not prove her actions cause the birds death. He was too drunk at the family function he needs some pro help so does she but more him.

So, who are we supposed to believe was "out of control" that night? Maybe the kidnapper who cannot even control herself in a courtroom?

His sister needs to quit playing mom .
I hope he finds a girlfriend.
He also needs to quit going to
    family functions.
Make new friends and move on.

If it's not an isolated incident and he's such a HUGE DRUNK then why did she invite him in the first place??? She's such a bad LIAR and most of you believe her BS. So gullible.
He should have sued for the false imprisonment. Then he would have won something.

Good time for some of that "rough justice".
He cannot prove that she directly caused the death of the bird. But, she freely admitted to false imprisonment. Punitive damages for that.....

If he had his cell phone when she locked him in the basement he could’ve had her arrested for it. I would think she’s partially responsible for the 🦜 cause of her actions. If they’d just have ordered a cab or Uber everything would’ve been fine. She was way too extra even in court.

That sister is very controlling. I know these are actors for the cases but if she’s acting the actual argument for the actual litigants, she’s hella controlling. She’s even trying to control the courtroom

16:37 The dumb vet even contradicted herself. She said if the bird MISSED or had a DELAYED dose the bird could die but then said the DEATH was caused DUE TO MISSED DOSE. Well the prescription was EVERY 12 HOURS, not like every 2 HOURS where it would really make a difference. He said he was 1.5 hours late. As a medical doctor myself, if you give a dose 1.5 hours later than planned there would be ZERO EFFECT especially on a dosing schedule that was 45 days long. The mortality rate for psittacosis is 50%. The bird was 50:50 chance to die anyway and it did.

Judge milian I Adore you but I have to tell you something about African grays and other types of birds The rate of infection moves so quick and usually at the first sign of symptoms it can be too late The fact that that bird was on antibiotics those antibiotics had to be given at the exact time within an hour I know because my stepmother raised African gray parrots and we went through that exact situation but my stepmother was the one that always knew best and she was right to she got us back to the house so she could give our African gray parrot who could still say mom in my stepbrother's voice 3 years after he passed from a car accident. This guy's lonely as hell we don't know how long it took for him to get from her house to his house so yeah it was an hour and a half plus the drive That's enough to kill a parrot with an infection. When it comes to birds things happen a lot quicker their hearts beat a lot quicker they're moving infection through their body at a lot quicker rate they're not a human they're not a dog they're not a cat they're closer to a bunny and bunnies can die just as quick. If I were the judge I would have asked how long it took for him to get from her house to his house because it's not just the hour and a half it's the hour and a half plus how long it takes to get from his house to her house how long was she blocking him before he got in the basement if that equals up to 2 hours that's enough. That being said I apologize for the weird name but I like the sandman comics and I absolutely am so thrilled that you have another show cuz I was so devastated when the people's court ended though the last episode in the way you guys ended it was elegantly epic and it will forever be a memory in my head and now I got a new chapter

'I raced home as fast as I could' He obviously thinks more of his parrot than anyone else he encountered on his way home after he has been drinking/was drunk!

Clearly, he never should have gone in the first place, given the family dynamics from the past. He should have given her a flat out no and held his ground. She a very bossy woman, who did not just get this way for a holiday. He may be an over drinker but he's lonely. How about some therapy for him?

This apparently wasn’t the first time the plaintiff had been drinking. People who drink to excess have learned how - it’s called tolerance. It comes with use over time. He said at the beginning of his testimony that he is a lonely person - part of that is isolation and isolation is something that those who drink / use prefer.
