😅Literally can’t stop watching these two. I remember the ‘70’s well. They captured it all. The acting, music, cast are all extraordinarily well done. Especially Daisy and Billy. Should win awards galore. Hope Amazon can do an equally great sequel.
They were Twin Flames. Camilla was a soulmate for Billy- a very angelic presence in his life and he was lucky to have her. But Daisy and him had a different kind of connection. Daisy and him had to both heal before they could come back together.💖
They are the perfect representation of Twin Flames, and Camilla, the soulmate

Yep. That's a 100% presentation of twin flames. It's a mess. It's painful. But it's need to happen. It's all for healing. Because life stories of two people are so similar and people have the same wounds. And yes, they see each other's cores.
If a second season is not made it will be a crying shame and loss. They are to hood together. It feels real.

I wish Camilla knew when she asked Billy if he was in love with Daisy that he didn’t have a choice. It is truth…Like a law of nature What they had was beyond the normal human fragile ego experience. Temptation, destruction, breaking and rebuilding.

I absolutely disagree with you, Camila behaved very badly with Billy, she quietly BETRAYED him (really beautiful angel) When she knew very well that Billy was Daisy's soul mate and that he stayed with her for her daughter (he said it a lot of times) because he didn't want to behave like his father: Camila kept throwing "her" love back at him but it wasn't "love" but a snare blackmailed him before the last concert because he had heard that he too he wanted to be with Daisy. She made everyone's friend but she was only HYPOCRITICAL (I know the genre). Billy adored her daughter and Camila never missed an opportunity to make Billy weigh who has always behaved HONESTLY (although he loved Daisy very much) as opposed to Camila who BETRAYED let's remember it with Eddie .The ending is right so Billy and Daisy MUST be able to live their love WITHOUT Camila in the way...the only good thing he did was to let Billy FREE (FINALLY ) to be truly happy with the ONLY REAL SOUL MATE : DAISY !!!
Even if she knew she would not be able to understand. It is THE experience that makes one understand.
The line "You and Daisy, it's exactly what you wanted" hits now different. Oh boy... :'(

This was so well done. Thank you for seeing that the entire Daisy/Billy story is about the difficulties of the deep connection that twin flames go through. It’s so much more than just soulmates. It’s about growth and healing and doing things that make an impact on the world. It’s painful, it’s euphoric, it’s incredibly deep love that never ends even if the relationship cannot last. I want so much to see a second season where we can find out if they’ve each healed enough on their own to truly be together again. Manifesting.

The matched each other really well - both selfish, arrogant and childish. I can't grasp the appeal of Daisy's charcater except she's enormously talented, yes. Manipulative, egoistic and not grateful. She uses people in her life, and it is really revolting to look at.
But the TV show is great, especially actors and the music.
I feel the same way about Billy, too.

Love this edit and this show omg! Although, I think Daisy and Billy are karmic rather than twin flames. Twin flames are just not toxic at all. They were destructive together and bonded over their vices & their love of music. There was nothing healthy or sustainable between them, just passion and glorious music they created - they're too self-centered. I think they loved the idea of each other, of the potential of the fire between them, but it wouldn't work irl. My love and I are twin flames, and though the universe keepy putting obstacles between us to grow, we knock them down and grow closer together. We never disrespect each other or destroy each other in some way. Billy and Camila are definitely not soulmates either. He caused so much pain for her even though he tried so hard not to. He couldn't give her a healthy love. They were all meant to teach other vital life lessons about loving yourself rather than continuing down a path of self-destruction. We romanticise them because they're beautiful people and live amazing lives, but none of them are loves or relationships to aspire to.
I disagree with this. The twinflame journey is not the same for everyone. If you really are a twinflame, you should know that. It is common for both to come from dysfunctional families and have lots of issues when they meet. They meet and both trigger each other in such a deep way that healing can start to happen. It is a self love journey. Camilla is definitely a soulmate; love quickly fades away with karmics even if they stay with them. This is a very painful path; maybe you are an advanced soul and your journey is different. Who are we to judge anything?

@@niaane8567 I disagree. All respect to your opinion though! Like I think about people who lose someone early and find another great love. I think there are certain souls that are supposed to connect. Some not even in a romantic way.
I think Billy only had one twin flame though. He obviously loved Camilla a lot as well though. I think they were both meant to be with Billy and timing just messed it up.
