Things you want to know before you move:
1. Your timeline - 2.5 months or 60 days start looking.
2. Cheapest time to move - Nov - January
3. Don’t move into a unit you have not seen in person or video. ASK for a video tour.
4. Consider getting movers and ask them to match offers from other competitors.
5. Plan your layout ahead so you know what to take.
6. Declutter before you move and use your local markets to sell your things or donate.
7. Search areas you want to live through google maps - look at specific apartment website and see if they have any move in deals.

There is this building called tamai square, parking is pricey but its in downtown and for the price its an awesome value. I would also check cornerstone apartments website and use the search feature as well as the wheelhouse apartments website!

@@dominicanaadulting3988 I am Mexican but my ex is Dominican from Brooklyn NY and I fell in love with Dominican food. I know how to make some like mangu and mofongo. There is market in Aurora where I found Dominican salami and queso Tropical. It’s called De Mi Pais Market on Colfax.

But what happens when you renew your lease & the price increases ?
Yes, so I haven't gotten to that point yet. When I first moved in I was only going to stay for a year so it was okay and the move in deals were worth it. I ended up transferring to another unit and was able to get the move in deals again. I do think that if I just renewed my lease it would just be regular monthly payments, no deals, but who knows! Maybe due to covid they would have some deals going on for those who renew.
Wheelhouse Apts and Boutique Apts are running a scam where, they will not give back your deposit so I would avoid them like the plague. I had to sue them to get my deposit back
I am so sorry you went through that! I didn't have that issue with them but I rented from them a couple of years ago.
What is the reason you move that much? Didn't you like those apartments to stay there longer?

Dapro depending what apartment you get. A studio gets one parking spot and I think 1 bedrooms and up get 2. Ans of coursee here to help
Denver is so ugly ..views so ugly .. city is ugly. Brown and grey and overpriced for what it is. Apartments are small for such price ..they call it " luxury" why . The apartment units are peasant at best ..they charge as much because of the way they're built with the amenities that make it like a resort which most people don't even use . Total scam....I'm french but I visited a couple times ..place is overrated. I have an apartment in france right in middle of what you call " downtown" ..amazing views of beautiful architecture and green trees ..my apartment is 1130 sq feet and I pay 800 dollars including bills so when I go to an ugly city like denver and see the prices for what it is I am appalled.
