- It is indeed possible, after fighting for a very long amount of time, to defeat the uncontested strongest fighter in the game with the strongest boosts by using the weakest character.
Without taking any damage.
At the highest AI difficulty.
This is an effective sequel to a beyond ancient (2014) video upload of mine, in which The Champ defeated Omega Shenron without taking any damage. Here, I up the ante both by using SSJ4 Gogeta and giving him the Red Potaras, which gives a ludicrous amount of boosts to the point where a single Big Bang Kamehameha could kill me at full health. If you're wondering why it doesn't just vanish dodge all of my attacks or immediately kill me with a x100 Big Bang Kamehameha, the answer is AI manipulation. And plenty of shenanigans with Mr. Satan's Present Bomb. And plenty of "nothing personal, kid" vanish counterattacks. Regular punches hardly do anything, and are made worse by the fact that Gogeta doesn't even flinch against most of them.

Not that I know the game well (played a bit in the 2000s, and CZcams’s been recommending videos to me lately) but I’ve always wondered if this was possible. I kinda figured no-damage would be the only way to do it, but I wasn’t sure if Mr Satan would be able to dodge quickly enough.

I can verify that this is canon. Mr. Satan did in fact trounce various villains and decided to start producing an anime on the side to give all the friends that helped him trounce those villains some time to shine. He also decided to portray himself as weak for some laughs.

It actually could've gone longer if both of them were in full power mode. The red potara AI stopped dodging because it was draining all of its ki and didn't want to be potentially stunned from being at low ki (e.g. by getting guard crushed)

I like how you say manga while gogeta hasn't had a manga appearance. But to answer your question is would say yes depending on which gogeta you're going with. Canon and FR gogeta are the serious ones who wouldn't bother with the gift (though technally they're not ssj4) while gt gogeta had a more carefree and mocking attitude twords the fight that I wouldn't be surprised to see him fall for the same trick 5 times.

i love the stupidity of the jetpack because first of all had he actually had a jetpack there are so many moments where he would have comically flown off and second of all he can still charge ki lmao.

Even if this is TAS, I'm surprised and happy to see someone with such deep understanding of a lot of simple but obscure mechanics in the game, and how to apply them into reality.
I loved watching the match and how you manipulated the AI to be a stupid idiot, most people that just casually play the game don't know that this can be done, although I have to admit that I'm but a peasant regarding this topic xd
I used to play thinking that I can develop enough skill to brute force any opponent, and put myself under the rule of not using special moves but only physical attacks. From that I learned by accident a lot of mechanics I wasn't aware, and when I came back to playing without restrictions the game had become wider and much more fun. Sadly, no one wanted to play with me anymore :_)

Mr satans finisher is so satisfying and gives so much adrenaline. I love this game because they gave an excellent move set to most secondary fighters as well

In all honesty was expecting the abuse of Present bomb, but you actually give a spectacle worthy of The Champ... Chasing during opponent sparking (Red potara = instant vanish), a Z-counter, throwing it, low kicks with excellent timing, and so on

Yesn't. It was specifically the Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi ones, afterward Toei animation got mad at them for some reason and they stopped being made despite being the most successfull to date when they came out. Some of the newer ones try to minic them but they fail miserably most times, and thoose wich don't are either mediocre or underdeveloped imo. Dragon Ball Z Fighters might be the best one in the last 15 years and i personally do not enjoy it.
Of course Hercule beat him! HE IS THE CHAMP! HAHAHAHAHA! (By the way, Hercule is Zalama, you heard it here first).
