I think it's a classy move to cover it the way you did. Details and feelings don't matter. It's business and Doug writes the checks. We will all miss Mike but I for one am very excited to see what Jim O can do. He has an impressive resume and the car seemed to run good and clean right out of the gate. As awkward as it is for you and the team, I'm sure it's awkward for Jim too. He knows you guys all loved Mike. I'm predicting great things.

Clay,I love you Man,I know you and The Big H will have great success. This is
Drag Racing and you gotta do what you gotta do, but some of these people making comments have to be so politically correct it's
silly. They need kerosene rags to tie around their ankles so the ants don't
crawl up and eat their candy ass. After all this is Drag Racing at it's highest level, Mike knew the score when he got there,he'll do
      fine with some other team.
      GOOD LUCK.
GO FAST AND TAKE CHANCES. FBM

I used to not like the 4 Wide. As time has gone on I have come to really like it due to all of the intricacies of the 4 Wide compared to the regular racing.
I learned to look at it like other motor sports. There is much more going on in the race than just one or two cars. There are the competitions between the teams on pit road, the changing cars throughout the laps and the passing of tge day.
There is a lot to watch for in a 4 Wide. Keep the mix that we have with the races like they are, it's a good balance.

Jim’s a good crew chief, stepping in takes time to get the crews to want to follow blindly.Mike shouldn’t stay unemployed any longer than he wants too.
Jim doesn’t appear to be in the best of health, and his language isn’t necessarily family friendly for your video content, need a bleeper button maybe the sound of a blip of the throttle or something.I know things change but you guys have been very competitive so far this year as long as performance doesn’t fall off.
Mikes going to be missed.Don’t like the 4wides it’s a travesty to drag racing fans, they lose half the rounds of racing to watch for the same ticket price. The drivers have to beat two or three other drivers instead of one,I don’t think they ought to be points races or in the countdown. Will always be a Clay Millican fan.🇺🇸🔥👍

Hi Clay, it's a saftey thing, that if it gets crushed in an accident, then you will loose a finger due to the Crush of the Ring!

Oh I know I have asked before and hope I am not being a pain in the you know what but what does the H on the front of your helmet stand for? BTW I love the helmet

I don't get the change, you just went to the finals and last track someone went red so Mike was on it, was the change amicable? Seems odd to change out of the blue. I remember Jim and he is capable and will do a stand up job but it's just weird to ditch Mike.

@ 12:03; coach looks confident and you look relaxed! Maybe no radio…. haven’t seen the rest of the clip yet, but you returned to the pits with your feed back! Most importantly, you looked focused… paper might have shown it too. Good luck Mike, we love ya #TopFuel.. lol

In many forms of team sports a family atmosphere developes over time, when a change in leadership occurs it's done for the betterment of the team and it will get better. Regardless what the naysayers say about it, you are one badass Wheelman and I hope for the best for your team and season!!
