I've only watched 7 minutes but I think the unfair part is that people are so eager to shit on kick when twitch has been a consistent shit fest for years. I feel Kick gets overly shit on despite not actual being that much worse than twitch in terms of morality and policy.
@@APerson-si8jr Kick is significantly worse, what do you mean? On Twitch you get banned/suspended the instant they catch a whiff of you doing something illegal (sometimes to a fault, fair enough). You have to be super unlucky or WAY to consistently doing awful shit for Kick to step in and take action. Regardless of which site you like more, its obvious that theres a HUGE difference there.

the biggest issue for kick is not that they are not doing nothing against people breaking tos, its that they advertised themselves with being the anti twitch when they started. a site that doesnt ban you for stupid stuff. they launched in a time when twitch tos were a zigzag line (and they still are to some extent). everyone got banned for the dumbest stuff but the girls on the platform didnt and people were mad about it. so kick took that and said "come over here where you dont get banned for that stuff" and thats how they cultivated those streamers. thats how everyone perceives them. those were literally the first things trainwrecks advertised the site with. no coomer content and no stupid bans. just being "better than twitch". kick needs to change their image if they really want to make this platform good. theres so many daredevils that go on kick because they see others do something dumb and go viral. its like tiktok trends. as it stands right now the site mostly attracts absolute morons. thats why people like neon and jack doherty are on there and thats why pretty much every streamer thats been banned on twitch for good reasons has been on there.
