Hello shradha didi good afternoon,
Actually I already familiar with Amazon Web services and its console management. Here I want to put some informations regarding Amazon Web services free tear service:
1. AWS has two different services, first one is Amazon Web console and second one is Amazon light sale.
2. Amazon light sale allow to create more than one instances for 3 months. On the other hand Amazon Web console provide to create ec2 instance for 7:50 hours for free for 1 year.
3. Amazon EC2 instance has 750 hours per month for 1 year to use it for free.

Shraddha, IBM Cloud was launched before AWS. So, AWS isn't the first player. Secondly, almost every cloud company works on pay-as-you-go model. These reasons are not exclusive to AWS.
