I am thinking of buying one myself as I too hate the smell of fish inside the house. How ever as I am somewhat uneducated in the matter of propane in the northeast side of US, I wonder how will it perform below freezing temperatures. Any ideas?!?! Also, great video.
You can put flour on my chops too Mr Junior. I like your new cooker.I might have to get me one of them.Wonder if it will cook low enough to cook purlow without scorching it?
i think so mr royals thats why i was testing the butter beans to see how low i could get them to simmer. i think it will do great on a perlow or as the guys from the beach say a chicken bog.
some say they in the lima bean family but others say not but i know they taste much different than a lima and i like to cook the speckled butter beans. i will have to tallk about them in a future video.

its been out in the weather and still doing good but i sure didnt need that many BTUs for cooking and frying fish.
