How to Fix a Blown out Lumbar Support on a 92 - 96 Ford Econoline Van for Cheap

When I first got my 1996 Ford Club Wagon E-350 van I noticed there was a huge hump on the rear of the passenger seat back. The lumbar support also did not work so when I took apart the seats I found the problem. It's a pretty easy fix and only requires a few things that most people already have around the house.
