Best series, best plot, best team, best actors, and certainly best soundtrack. I love this series.
The plot was maddening. Uthred is constantly being betrayed and humiliated and yet remains martyr like. At times it was like a soap opera.
@@iLoveLadyDiana The series follows exactly as in the books, of course the books will always be more complete and with the plot 100% true, I'm a suspect to say, I loved the books, series and soundtrack.
Without question the best series on tv for a very, very long time, with such haunting soundtrack, sad to see it end.

I cant stop watching and The soundtrack. I couldnt stop crying with Brida, she lost everything the truly Utreh friend and lover 😭

All the actors are really great, especially Utred, and what a beautiful story and beautiful music, I enjoyed watching this series several times.
When first started the series I thought it would be overly fantasised i was wrong this series is a time machine 💯
Without Eivors music, this series would not have been the same. The music itself brings weight and gravity to every scene. Impacting the depth of our own emotional connection to the tale.
TLK great, no question! But without this music only half as good! Excellent! Every single song every single melody perfectly tuned. Perfect overall package ❤

Your comment does not make any sense at all because all tv shows or movie comes with supporting music. it's like me saying this is an excellent lasagna but without the sauce only half as good!. I like how this show stuck true to history kind of. Shows like this with good actors good story line, even better if it’s based on true events. Like our history. Anyways the army sizes were put together nicely. Loved it. Nice war strategy to see how they fought back then. The losses they endured

Anyone knows the song or score theme when Uhtred wins some fights or he is riding the marshes? It sounds synth like "Reichsfeind - Mountains" song. I think it's a score unreleased version but I'm not lucky finding it. It's like Aeternum over 03:XX but without lyrics and more Synth.
Where did you find those versions of helig and Livstraedrir? They sound different from the original ones
