Boothill looks rly impressive but damn gallagher with HMC is such a strong sub DPS/sustain. Crazy how this guy is free too, break looks like HSR's version of hyperbloom where its hella strong and easily accessible.
Well not really accessible, you really want those break substats and you just have to be lucky and always hit break when rolling

@@cactus723 no because you can use an em weapon (which is free and don’t even need r5) and 3 main stats EM, and hyperbloom works, for break effect you can only use 1 rope for break and for the other you have to just get the substats

@@Haidex_ that doesn’t make break an harder stat to build compared to EM anyway, EM mainstat is enough to deal enough damage, but not with only a break effect rope

thats specifically for that AS (Apocalyptic shadow) boss, argenti has different moves and stuff too where he can’t get damaged if his summons are out in phase 2
I think if you have weakness implant you can just skip that part

@@grisaier567 I’m suspecting HuoHuo marketing, because Aventurine banner was last version and she is probably going to rerun next version. Also, although Aventurine gives eff res, u still can get frozen and cocolia’s freeze delays for 2 actions. Huo’s insta cleanse would be clutch. I’m not arguing that Aventurine would be good here tho.
I need an abundance/possession/harmony character that has crowd skill similar to Ryan Mei where they buff/heal/shield/and do fua like aventurine.

He strictly deal single target damage so I don't think he will be nerfed.
Yeah he deals a lot of damage, but he's kinda slow. There's quite a bit of gap between him doing damage

Ngl his kit is REALLY well designed imo, where he doesn’t rely too heavily on any support to actually deal damage, he also works with a bunch of different supports.

It seems that good sustains are a must in apocalyptic shadow with how much dmg and CC the bosses have. It's like opposite to pure fiction where you'd be better off killing the enemies faster by not using a sustain.

noob question but E0S1 does S1 mean the lightcone with 1 copy? So 2 of boothills lightcone
Just means a single copy of his signature lightcone
E0S1 = boothill + signature lightcone
E0S0 = boothill + any other 4/5 star lightcone (f2p basically)

Is Crit.Rate really unnecessary for Boothill and he only needs Break Effect? Which relics should I choose - with 284% BE (73/267 crit) or 333% BE (49/292 crit)?
Boothil got free 30 % 150 % crit/crit dmg if i remember so you can use first one and got 100% crit rate and 400 + crit dmg
The 333% be one, BE is the most valuable stat for boothill

Gallagher is one of the best sustains, the showcase is stupid
@@OctoboltFlash its not about gallagher being bad (he is very good), but more of cocolia here being very aggressive, attacking 4-5 times and cc'ing 3 units at the same time. I feel like aventurines 50% effect res will be stronger here
@@TheDaveShowLP Very true, aventurine would out-sustain this easily. Just wanted to showcase some love to gallagher in this break effect team
@@TheDaveShowLPTo be fair, it's a given that 5 stars will sustain better than 4 stars. The value of Gallagher in break teams comes from the fact that he can be a very strong sub dps with HMC and also helps to break enemies a lot faster.

However I feel that Cocolia will need another sustain as I only see lucky survivals in every video of boothill/gallagher doing this specific bossfight

My friend’s Boothill but I took his 4 star relics and replaced them with my own 5 star relics of very similar substats.
Giving him an overall of 270% BE
In the next showcase of him (on the channel) with a 3 star LC, I nerfed him significantly (in terms of BE stats) for the current MOC 12 and he still did spectacularly well.

Both are excellent choices, rn it’s still pretty early to say about Firefly as her kit will be changing throughout the weeks in beta but we can pretty much say she is great at AOE and Boothill is great at single target

Right now, boothill is much much better. His best support isn’t even HMC, it’s bronya. Firefly without HMC deals absolutely no damage, people are coping hard if they can’t think firefly iis fine right now.

He is fully f2p and every one have him (I don't have bronya) and a support that buff break, I mean it's normal to use him with break dps.

ye i thought boothill dmg is hight, but actually remember that he with Ruan mei and mc, where MC with his/her superBreak does 60% dmg 317k total dmg where superbreak is 176k ( 1:11)
theres videos of him with bronya and robin and 3* lightcones dealing over 200k damage

I have come to like Boothill but Firefly is coming. I like her more and she is already comparable to him with 70-80% of her kit still missing so I cannot justify pulling for him
