good job thank you for the guide i charge it now with 67 w charger, in 30 min almost full
Apart from wall chargers, which power bank should you recxomend, as the speaker struggles with longer sessions. In my experience at max volume i couldn't get more 3h of music.😅
The ones that I use are no longer sold. But I would definitely recommend something small and portable like this guy

There's a deal on it right now too if you check the coupon you can get an extra $25 off making this only $75
I noticed my JBL speakers got hot with the fast charging AC power adapter. I have been using older less powerful adapters and they work well.
That is normal. Energy transfer causes heat. Slower charging let's the heat dissipate faster than heat builds, but if it's hot, that is normal with fast charging. Most devices have ways to manage and monitor heat
I think most people already know that USB-C can provide multiple voltages and has power negotiation. Nevermind mind the number of watts. What is important is the charging voltage which the speaker can accept. From that, a person can select a suitable charger. Talking only about the wattage can’t allow viewers to interpret whether a given charger is fully compatible or not.
so can the jbl flip 6 be plugged to 220V? so i would know if I can bring it when traveling to Asia which has mostly 220v
@@xanfonyt9419 chargers are essentially a transformer. So there’s a primary side (which plugs in to the wall socket) and a secondary side which connects to the speaker. To be clear, my comment was referring to the latter. To answer your question about what input voltage the charger will accept: nowadays, most are compatible with both 🇺🇸 110v and European 220-240v. You ought to check this though because may be 10% of chargers out there aren’t compatible and if you connect a 🇺🇸 only charger to a wall socket in Europe it will go bang! 💥 you should check what is stated on the charger itself.
@@xanfonyt9419 i would recommend getting a 220v to usb or usb-c charging brick, then you should be good to go.
Friend of mine had a charging issues, where the device would make this warning sound. Tried battery bank, and multiple charging blocks. They would make this sound. Then a repair looked at it, said something about a frozen port, kinda weird. Got it back and it still made the same sound. Then found a 5.1a charger and at first it made the sound again. But then stopped and disbstaryes to charge. But now it also is charging on a 2amo charger. Before the "repair" guy looked at it, it would keep making the sound and did not charge. Super weird
@@GrantButler i was kinda pissed, I mean I got it back with seemingly a full battery. But thought, let me actually check if it does charge. So I got the warning again. Super weird that after trying the heavier charger it does now charge on all blocks and battery pack.
got mine yesterday and after indicated low/red light plugged it to 15w charger and just took around 1hour to reach 100%
My flip 6 keeps on blinking white whenever I try to charge it. Never brought the speaker outdoor, used the original cord from the box, the speaker is one month old brand new. It's very frustrating, I also tried blowdrying the port and using cord cables. Any alternative solutions please?
I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to find mine. I can't find it to figure out what that might mean. I'm so sorry
What about a Anker 737 brick with 120 w and a powerbank of 120. I use all my device with those
How to know the jbl flip 6 is fully charged...when connected to charge.still blinking last point ,when charged upto 1half hr with 65watt fast charger
If I use fast charger or slow charger on my flip 6 and when it's full battery who's a fast drain?
Your wording doesn't quite make sense, but if you're asking if the battery will die faster just because you charged it faster. That is no. The battery life time of charge cycles can be reduced by charging it too fast. Then again, there's a lot of things that will affect your battery life span outside of just the charging.
is it okay to charge with 65W supervooc one plus charger
Yes. It has internal chips that will prevent it from over charging, or charging too fast.
Bro, I have a tronsmart bang se, can I use a baseus to charge? It is 65w
Should be able to. Most electronics have built in limiters on how much power they can receive
I have 33w charger, can I charge my JBL flip 6 with the 33w charger?
When i plug into charge my flip 6 after sometime its charge from beginning and battery percentage showing 20% when i reset it showing 80% then when i again connet it to charge after sometime its again charging form first battery showing 40% then when i again reset it its showing 100% . Whats is the problem with the speaker using jbl provided charging cable and using redmi 18watt charger .issue always occuring.
If anyone have some suggestions please help .really frustrated 😞
You might want to check for a firmware update. Otherwise I'd contact JBL to see if they can help. Unfortunately mine was stolen so I don't have a way to test for myself anymore
Did you contact to jbl care ? My issue not resolved sir , what to do there is no firmware update right now . What to do ?
Why won't my JBL charge 4 not hold charge and take about 13 hours to charge and lasts a lit an hour
It could be a lot of things. Is your charging brick good? Is the charging cable good? Is the charging port damaged? How old is it; is the battery still good?
Jbl Charge 5 which Charger is best...??
This video is basically saying that you can basically use any charger you want.
Must be nice for your Samsung device to come with a charging brick. I payed a fortune for the s23 ultra and it didn't come with one. Plus here in Australia I had to buy the fast charging Samsung brick with a c to c cord for $69
I actually bought that charging brick. I haven't gotten a charger with a phone since my s9+
@aurorayoru5333 that's because it came with titanium! 😅 a whole 18 grams of it
@aurorayoru5333 Wait, did you say 13? Not 15? 🤯 I just got the maxed out Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for that price.
@@GrantButler well I actually didn’t pay $1700 I actually paid $1550 because I traded in my old iPhone 8 Plus
Can i charge jbl flip 6 with 65watt charger
@@agikn5386 mine came with about 60% charge, so I think it took a little less than 2 hours but that can also depend on what charger and charging cable you using to charge it
bro you get wattage by doing volts*amps don't need a website
Some people don't know that or use it enough to actually remember it, so I googled it.
5v 3a = 15w .... plug it and maybe you will fry the board, happened to me so ... dont do it.
Thank you very much, I'm very very happy, 💖💝🌟❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽👍🏽
