that was absolutely amazing, the vocal stylings and piano work at the end hearken back to good old rock'n roll piano legends like Elton John, but the overall songwriting and effects speak to a person very much connected to the more radical emergent frontiers of popular music... comparisons to Trent Reznor therefore make sense, but let's not limit the up-and-comer with unimaginative comparisons... truthfully I am moved and very happy to see (another) someone willing and able to write moody tunes but also have a sense of humor, an obvious and unironic joie d'vivre is so infectious and therapeutic. the world needs more of this.
