Ian Holloway really is a football maverick. Crazy, interesting, succesful and a genius. Hilarious with it and class on the pitch, the Premier League will miss him if Blackpool are relegated on Sunday.
I am the one who flocks well said friend the refs were disgusting against a great old football club that should of been shown respect for what they did the worst example of bad refereeing was man utd home and away specially at home Blackpool 2 0 up with twenty mins to go and Luke varney just about to slot it in the back of the net would have been 3 0 end of but evre chopped him took his standing leg I was 6 yds away behind the goal a stonewall pen but no and the rest is history to go down by just one point was diabolical we d been robbed of at least 7 points by biast bad refereeing glory glory Blackpool fc .
I'm a Liverpool fan in the USA- so I don't get to see much of the teams besides teams like Manchester United/City, Arsenal, etc. But from what I've heard and seen of Blackpool- they seem like a real team, that really plays the right way. Wish that I could definitely see more of them. Exactly the kind of football that people love to watch.
holloway is so right what he's sayin. gotta love him. all the best Blackpool next season. when we(Barnsley) went up in 97 everyone wrote us off & bereted us cos we're a small club. ignore the tossers. we battled week in week out,took some drubbings but also won some good teams and fell just short in the end. you'll enjoy the experience. Whatever happens, keep battling & believe. Your team & manager's a credit to the championship
I used to love watching football and playing in my younger days but the interest went away. However this guy and his team especially what he is sayin is inspirational. A real down to earth guy. Makes me wanna get back into football and support Blackpool.
Im a Stoke City supporter and I honestly want Blackpool to do well this season, i have got great respect for the Blackpool fans, Ollie the legend and the club in general, and I cant wait for Saturday when Stoke play Blackpool. It should be an amazing game! :)
Ollie is a god..good Kingswood boy! Bristol Rovers legend and always will be. will be loved by the best half of bristol for ever. hopefully one day he will return, we are in his heart and he is in ours...forever.

Well Ian Holloway is larger than life and has a lot to say but this was his finest hour you have to remember Blackpool were many people's favourites to go down at the start of that season and also when he took the job at Bloomfield Road after a year out it was to rebuild his reputation which had taken a battering after the 2007/08 season when he walked out on Plymouth to take the vacant job at Leicester after Gary Megson defected to Bolton and promptly got the foxes relegated to the third tier of English football for the first time ever in their history which saw him pay the price with his job.
@spaoftware Im a Forest fan and gladly stayed to the end and clapped off their team when they beat us in the Playoffs last year, keep up the good work Olly and co
@spaoftware can't imagine anyone hating Blackpool, I'm a Spurs fan and I love Ollie and Blackpool, they've been great for the Premiership, the only side I don't mind beating us!
@spaoftware I'm surprised anyone would hate Blackpool really unless it was a Preston fan, or maybe a bitter Plymouth fan angry at Holloway. Fair play to ya hope you continue to do well this season, screw the critics I love it when the small clubs prove 'em wrong.
