@@Tovalokodonc Slavic kolo, Germanic and Romani dances are one of the biggest influences on the Hungarian dancing styles. Of course, Magyars brought their own unique dances, no doubt, but we have to agree that the Balkans as well as Hungary and Moldova are a melting pot of cultures and ethnicities which affects dance as a cultural segment, too.

As a woman from Transdanubia, it was interesting to watch the dances from the eastern regions. Neither the music was sometimes familier. However from north and from the transdanubian parts I could recognize the songs. Thank you, it' s a really cool video! ( I just came because of the 12 dances of balkan. :) My partner is from Montenegro and we're planning to get know eachother's culture, so we watched some of your videos together.)

I am amazed from your dance skills! Especially from your Christian Anatolian video. Could you do again a Anatolian dance video but only with the native Anatolian ethnic groups like Turks, Kurds, Laz, Gypsies, Circassians, Tatars, Zazakis and so one. It would be so grandeos to see that.
A. You are awesome. B. To do Hungarian dances justice, you really need to bring in.a girl to dance with you. As it is, the men's solo parts were really overrepresented in this video, while most Hungarian dances are couple's dances - but those are of course very difficult to do in this format. You are still awesome, I just want anyone watching this with no knowledge of Hungarian folk dance to be aware of this because they might get the wrong impression.

Nope. And that's why I decided to make it a one-man-show. It's not about the gender, it's about movements and steps. I wish I had a lady-me and also costumes from every region I present. But since these two are just wishes for now, I'm doing it either way. 😜
