I think what's happening is each interview is taking place at a different points in time. We know this because shoe-kun/William is older and at the beginning the red haired man was talking about William's sister dying which we know happened when he was a kid. I also think that the older red haired man that we see in the video is the same red haired man from the beginning. The red haired man was dating shoe-kun's sister the blue haired lady who died. I think that the red haired lady was holding shoe-kun hostage and she shot his sister while she was trying to protect him. Shoe-kun's sister tried to shot the red haired lady in self-defense but ultimately ended up dying. Leaving the red haired man to take care of shoe-kun. In the video both the red haired man and lady mention taking care of "him" and that if the red haired man works with her she will makes sure no harm comes to him. I believe that they are talking about shoe-kun. This is just a theory so I might be wrong but still this was fun to write!

not sure if we can have theorys but if so then:
red hair man had a partner (it says it) clearly by the text below. it seems that partner got shot and tried to shoot back at the lady who shot her, you can tell this by what the red hair man says, "it was self defense" you should know that if its your partner of course your not going to blame them, so their partner tried to shoot the lady after the lady shot her. but we dont know who is the partner is, and we cant go guessing who it would be, since there are no hints in this meme. we also dont know what they mean has "partner" maybe its partner like wife or partner as in crime. in i'd rather sleep, it seems like its the wife option because he acts all normal until the lady i guess shoots the partner and is scared to death and theirs a text that says "what have you done?" look further and we find blue haired lady, with a white "thing" covering her eyes, and a text that says "i kill her" that may be the red hair man's partner, or he killed her. but either way, the stuff we have covered so far more show that blue hair lady was red hair man's partner, but the red hair man has a gun. he could be facing this gun at the kid, telling him to leave, but the kid looks sort of the same to the blue hair lady, i dont know but does blue hair lady have a child? before we get there we can say that the red hair lady might be the one who killed her, and possibly killed blue hair lady, red hair man partner. they all must be at the bank when red hair lady shot blue hair lady. red hair lady must have also robbed the bank. it looks like in polo pan that red hair man and red hair lady have been partners but there are no evidence, but that might be the case. now to the blue hair lady and blue hair child thing, yes they could be family related because in polo pan the kid draws the blue hair lady and him holding hands, wow.... details matter. they could be family related, because how else would the kid get an idea to draw that? we have not covered all of red hair guy yet..... but i need a break and i need to see what victaton says at all before i continue on my theory

Okay here are some things im noticing: the red haired lady with the black hat seems to know the interviewer and they interviewer says : yes. to the red haired ladys question, "wanna hang out like the good old days?" there was also a "deal" happenign between the iv and the red haired man. I also suspect that the blue haired man we saw later is the womens son, women with the red hair comes up after the word "the person who shout your parenter, i think the couple (red boy red girl) is being asked if they can take care of the bow (who lost his mother, maybe only parent)
