In the north of Colombia, we grew up listening to this song. God bless you, master.
Back to the days when all Kenyan youth vibed to South Africa
They were right up there with the Americans back in that day.
Ya siku hizi ni kelele tu.
All Africa my friend

Thank you bra Sipho, these videos defined our youth, looking forward to you uploading Shikisha, I still remeber the dance moves in that video! Nostalgic!
1984 during Vaal riots the was music many bands came in
Beautiful song! A big hit in Uganda back in the day, we even heard made-up lyrics in Luganda...
Reminds me of my then young uncles from Nairobi during holidays
I remember 1988 Sipho Sikhonde playing for Pirates was nicknamed after this artist and he became known as Sipho "Hotstix" Sikhonde jersey No 3. He played with the likes of Mike "Lolly pop" Mhlanga, Moses "Mbazo" Kamanga (May His Soul RIP) , Jackie "Styles" Ledwaba, Basil " Kapse Dans" Steenkamp, Innocent "Ayo Ayo" Mayoyo, Lawrence "Killer" Maake, Albert "Bashin" Mahlangu, Vincent "Last Born" Makroti, Alfred " Shakes" Gwabeni , Tebogo "Chippa" Moloi and others. Note made on Thursday 27 July 2023.
great soul rip
Apartheid may have been bad for Black South Africans overall but inexplicably,it was a Golden Era for SA music. Mzansi music has gone downhill since the end of Apartheid. I guess it was because it took genuine talent to make it those days. Kwaito is nothing more that chanting in Zulu over a tecno beat. I can wake up tomorrow morning and make a Kwaito track along with my breakfast.
Todo un exito en la costa colombiana 🇨🇴
I remember very well this track in the 80s we would dance for it in Transkei Lady Frere EC eMachubeni in 1987....we would do funny spantsula thinking that we are clever but life was at its best...we would visualize the Soweto....Note made on Thursday 27 July 2023 in NC Loathla
And we jived, all over
When southafrica ruled the world
Nos tempos dos mandjonines em moz, Sempre que voltassem da África do Sul era festa com esses sons no bairro, bons tempos
Back to memory.
