- Some of our time-lapses and hyper lapses in 4K, created with the DJI Osmo Pocket. In default, the DJI OP can't record 4K time- or motion lapses. But the DJI OP saves every single picture to the SD card (if not, you have to change the settings) and then you can edit them in Lightroom. After the colour correction in Adobe Lightroom or other software, you can export them as a 4K timelapse in either Photoshop or Premiere.
For the hyperlapses we filmed with Active Tracking and sped up the footage in post.

For some of the footage, we used those PolorPro ND-filters: www.bol.com/nl/p/polarpro-dji...
Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets and cityscapes!

Thank you new friend, we appreciate it!
Awsome... short n crisp...I just got pocket 2 on Christmas 🎄... could u please tell the settings for those light trails in traffic...how to shoot or how to change settings in pocket 2 please... highly appreciate if u help me here since i m not tech savy..txs n stay safe
Thank you! I don't own the OP2, only the 1. The light trails are made with timelapse mode and manual settings. To achieve the light trails you will have to set the exposure on 1+ second. Just experience with it, every shutter speed gives a different trail. If you search for long exposure photography you will find plenty of tutorials. It works the same on every camera. Enjoy experiencing and wishing you a happy 2021!
I created a tutorial about the settings and improving your Osmo Pocket timelapse footage. If you're interested you can check it out over here: czcams.com/video/_BtD6Vm6EEE/video.html
You are pulling all the quality you can out of that osmo pocket - beautiful. I need a tutorial
Thank you, I appreciate that! I'm thinking of starting some tutorials... Which topics would you like to see?
@@Kiladera i like your time-lapses as well as the color you manage to get out of the pocket. So I would like tutorials on time-lapse and color grading pocket footage
@@MatCain72 Thanks for your reply! That's exactly the first tutorial I want to make, so thank you for confirming it's a good topic :-) I'll let you know when it's finished! Have a nice day!
I finished my very first tutorial about upgrading your timelapses and improve the colours :-) Let me know if it helps you :-) czcams.com/video/_BtD6Vm6EEE/video.html Enjoy your weekend!
Can you please add the settings details too like fps, shutterspeed iso etc
Hi, sorry I don't remember all the settings. But I will think of it when l create new videos!
Hi, I just finished my first tutorial about settings and improving the DJI OP footage :-) Maybe it could help you! czcams.com/video/_BtD6Vm6EEE/video.html
Wie hast du es in 4k hinbekommen?am pc?Welche Programm?
Ja, auf dem PC in Adobe Premiere Pro. Sie können aber natürlich auch andere Software verwenden.
(this is translated by Google since I don't speak German. I use Adobe Premiere Pro on my pc, but you could use other software.)
(That depends on your computer. I first edited the timelapse photos separately in Lightroom because the DJI OP produces standard 1080p timelapses. Then the photos merged in Photoshop and then imported into Premiere Pro.)
If you want you can watch my tutorial about creating 4K Timelapses with the DJI OP: czcams.com/video/_BtD6Vm6EEE/video.html
is this video color corrected or raw?
Color corrected, you can watch my raw (straight out of camera) footage here: czcams.com/video/u7FG4xdqz1U/video.html
Thanks for the reply mate, if you can create a video of color grading dji 2 footage would be great
I will consider that! In the meanwhile, if you are looking for a way to improve your Osmo Pocket timelapses, I already created a tutorial about the way of working and color grading, it makes a huge difference: czcams.com/video/_BtD6Vm6EEE/video.html
