Thanks! I definitely put the stock setup through the test for about 6 months when I got it. Of course now I'm one of the guys on 35's lol but several of my first videos were all stock.

First thanks for posting tremor specific videos! I just finished my first ever real overland trip. Literally just now!y Antimatter Blue Tremor handled everything on this Anza Borrego beginner/intermediate run. Except a tough rock crawl called Diablos Drop. It was a somewhat tight squeeze and steep. I ended up needing to get winched out but I think when I go up to 33’s & add 2” lift it will be very possible. Gonna subscribe to you and anyone else that comments here that they make tremor videos.

Not really honestly. This truck is just solid all around on off road terrain. 👌
I was going to mention that those are not rock sliders but others already have. As for skids, the Tremor has 5'ish. The tranny mesh cover should be replaced immediately, since the tranny pan is plastic. The rest would be ok for light off roading.
I have armor all the way under the truck. I just never did a video about it. This particular video was one of my first videos I ever did. We've come along way since then :)

Thanks for watching! Yes I've used turn trail. It comes up in a video next week. It's helpful but not incredible. I find myself backing up more than using it but it's still a cool feature. I don't believe I have Torsen. I bought truck straight off lot, I didn't order it. I can't find anything that says I do have it.

Just like my FX4, there is only the plastic diaper under the transmission. First mod would be to get a good skid plate for the transmission. I installed the Talon Garage one.

When you say "rock rails" do you mean the step bars or did you install rock rails? Have you driven a Raptor or Power Wagon? I'm buying a new truck later this year and am watching your videos, among others, trying to nail down which is best for my use. I like the idea of the F150 Tremor and the test drive was good, but they don't let you bang them around off road for some reason... :D
While they function as a step. The side rails are actually rock sliders to protect the rocker panels on the truck. Tremor also has "armor" underneath the truck to protect from bolders and terrain. If you look at the under shots of the truck you'll see how not a lot is exposed. The Raptor handles like an off road truck in any condition. The Tremor is a way better ride all around. They really knocked it out of the park on this one.
@@TremorTrails They are definitely not rock sliders, which is why they dented so easily. Ford calls them "step bars - unique Tremor style", which they are, as opposed to rock sliders or rock rails, like on the Bronco. Rock sliders will support the weight of the truck, can be used as a jack point, etc. I'm familiar with the skid plate package, which is a nice start but really ought to have better fuel tank protection. Still better than GM's early AT4s, which were a joke of an offroad trim.
@@Docwagon1776 yeah I wish tank had metal and not the plastic protection. You just taught me about the running boards, my understanding was they would support vehicle weight but researching more you're completely right. I guess I got to go put some real ones on now!

I did this same trail in my 2019 Roush Off Road F-150, back in June of 2022. It can be a bitch of a trail.
Definitely had a few challenges on it!
Are you running 32” tires?
In this video they are 33's Generals.

What and a lot of other people would like to see is a little more articulation and explaining some of the buttons and switches as far as locking up a rear end or a front end differential and everybody everybody loves mud and so far what I've seen of the mud and water my wife's minivan could go through so we might want to get a little more serious with that lol but the videos are awesome I bleed Ford
I can't make the mud deeper lol. I'll definitely make a video about my experience with 4h and 4l modes and experience with turn trail assist and stuff. Thanks for watching!
What’s the lowest psi you’d run?
I'll be totally be honest. I'm still playing around with it on what limits I can push with the General Grabber. That being said I wouldn't have much fear at 20psi. I know guys run all the way to 12 14 psi on AT tires.
The website does say it can go all the way to 5psi with a traction rating of 179%. I personally would be hesitant to run that low. At 25psi it's rating is 100% increase in traction. At 18psi is 114% increased traction. Hope that helps!
My ruck goes into limp mode at 24 psi.

I agree! Maybe they don't want the headache of lost drones or something
They banned drones in 2014 for multiple reasons. The impact on wildlife, the noise and people getting too close scared animals and separated young bighorn sheep from the herd in once incident, caused trouble for nesting birds, and people crashed them into geysers, into lakes, into monuments, etc. Finally in the more crowded areas it was causing disruption for people trying to just appreciate nature, hike, etc. due to the density of drones around popular areas. What's wrong with the picture is people weren't responsible and respectful, so now you need written permission to use a drone.
Most that buy this truck will treat it like a car though sadly. All looks but no play.
Shame cause this truck is fun off road!
