How to get rabbit ears?

Sorry for the very late reply: The rabbit ears belong to a DLC (Creation Set B from Season Pass 1).
here is the link to the official DLC list, where you can see which equipments belongs to which DLC (I used google translate as the site is in japanese):

Season Pass 1 and 2 contain all DLCs and are very often on sale, if you ever want to buy them.
