- The Transformers The Game: Alternative Mod Vs Decepticons campaign by Games Master/Sun Rays continues with the fifth chapter: The Ultimate Doom. In this episode the Autobot leader Optimus Prime takes on Megatron in what the boss battle should have been from the get go. Including sub-bosses Starscream and Blackout an unused voice lines, making for an overall better chapter.

I like the fact that megatron runs instead of flying
7:53, this should've been the final mission for the Autobot campaign instead of the one on one. Harder, but better. Besides, Starscream and Blackout's dialogues here (which were unused in the unmodded game) fit the mission and the screenshots are fitting with Starscream and Blackout coming to Megatron's aid.

This is 10x times better and more exciting than the original
One change I'd make is have Megatron climb a rooftop at the final phase and have both of you finish it off in a rooftop fight (since the death of Megatron cutscene has him on a rooftop)
Boy this game wasnt ready to be released. Good lord. Great mission. Just as it should have been.

I like the Alternative Mod more than the original game for some reason.
3:00 Thanks to this mod, found out that a line said by megatron in the mission: "Devastation" was actually a starscream voice line
Quote that was in the final game: "The glory of destroying the traitor Prime will be mine"
Primes words are more emotional then the movies, at the end

Also though, doesn’t Jazz already take down Starscream and Blackout during the Autobot campaign? I feel like that’s why they were cut.

this is the alternative mod. most epic of all time
I think there should be a remaster of the game tbh, make the graphics a little bit better and edit the missions like this one, and make an arena zone kind of like Mortal Kombat

1:00 could mod him shooting from the sky...... same street as with Starscream! Flying even faster than at Central Park..... and have the Charging Ability!
3:02-3:08 Pleasure of destroying Prime? Nope. In the movie, Starscream is too much of a coward to fight Optimus on his own, so he'll probably be the one who will flee the battle and leave Megatron.

They should've done this in the game for final autobots boss battles :
1) Jazz vs barricade after the fight then jazz will be killed by brawl
2) Ironhide vs brawl
3) Bumblebee vs starscream. Starscream almost loses the fight and Megatron shoots bumblebee from behind
4) Prime vs Megatron starscream and blackout as in this video

Not the that monotonous fight we have.
Even cut scenes during Megatron vs Optimus mission acting like they should been used for this version of Optimus ending.
If this is how final autobot mission looked like before they cut it off i maybe know the reason why they did it because they thinking that game is going to be too hard (well not really if you are an experienced player).

Yeah, that does get annoying after awhile. Not sure if there is an option to change those settings or not. I may have to dig into that.

They are unused clips in the game's files.

@@blackgoku5020 You'll need to extract them via the quickbms utility. There should be a guide on CZcams that shows how to accomplish this task.

@Shadow Hedgehog It does indeed seem to suggest that. I imagine just like so many other things that, that particular plan had to be scrapped due to time. Whether or not the original plan was to do what the Alternative Mod did or have Blackout and Starscream Battle Prime in the background is really anyone's guess.
