They might request for a DNA between her and the children. Her Dad or anyone can sponsor the children in the form of an affidavit of support if she's not working. She can file and bring them and then apply for a US passport for them since both of them are under 18yrs. She can also take them back to Ghana even if she doesn't want them to stay here and they can come back anytime they want.

I'm sure if Anita was in good status abroad, nobody would ask her to take her children abroad. Ghanaians think you get your papers automatically as you travel abroad. They don't know what we're going through here with immigration. It's not always smooth for everyone. I know people who have spent 10, 20, 25 years abroad without papers, so 6 guys should pray for us and stay focused until things go through.

I'm sure if Anita was in good status abroad, nobody would ask her to take her children abroad. Ghanaians think you get your papers automatically as you travel abroad. They don't know what we're going through here with immigration. It's not always smooth for everyone. I know people who have spent 10, 20, 25 years abroad without papers, so 6 guys should pray for us and stay focused until things go through.
