Da Gerry's reaction at the end is one of the most wholesome and heartwarming scenes in the show.

Gerry is a great dad.
The 'bomb on the bus' which would have been a real possibility at the time. The camera focusing on the soldier was showing how much trouble they were about to be in for causing the hoax.
One of the lines that almost passes one by in this episode is when Ma Mary says "There will be other concerts" and Erin insists there won't be. At this time it was very unusual for a huge band to go to Northern Ireland- because it just wasn't considered a safe place to visit. This concert was a really Big Deal!

Gerry is definitely the best father. He’s such a good man. He’s definitely one of my favorite characters as well. Loved y’alls reactions and commentary as always. Definitely my favorite channel guys.
On the polar bear: it really happened... sort of.
the bear did not escape the zoo (though Belfast zoo is notorious for animal escapes); it had infact died. On the day of the bears death the zoo took the decision to drive the body to a local museum where a skilled taxidermist would preserve the bear for display. only when they began the drive, the bear began making alot of noises and when they reached a military checkpoint the army were not convinced the animal was actually truly dead.
eventually they found a vet who came and confirmed it was indeed dead and so they continued on their journey. arriving late the taxidermist just had the bears remains left out in the preservation room and they would do it the following day... only no-one told the night security guard this, and when he stumbled upon what he thought to be a sleeping polar bear - knowing the zoos reputation for escaped animals - for the second time in 24 hours belfast had a suspected polar bear on the loose.
7:44 Look, it's really easy to be swept away by 'La Boheme', it's a great score. But when music moves you to tears it's generally a better idea to pull over and park so that you're not crying while driving.
Completely off topic of the video, but just an observation I have made sifting through comments on several videos... Seen a lot of love for Zuff and Bryce (absolutely deserved). But y'all sleeping on Rob and that's not cool dude. Cute, funny and intelligent? Show this man the respect he deserves. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. 😂
