Or songs such as tonight, tonight by the smashing pumpkins, had a whole orchestra and sounds divine.

She is ready with follow up questions but when he is giving a long and thoughtful response she doesn't interrupt and lets his thoughts flow
I’ve been a metalcore fan since I was a kid. Grew up with the genre. Honestly at this point the bands that excite me the most are the ones that aren’t afraid to experiment draw outside the lines of a “genre”. Really happy for the success bands like Bad Omens, Sleep Token and even BMTH are having, well deserved.
bmth makes way better music than them. Sleep token and bad omens are just 2016 djent metalcore kinda scene stuck there nothing new .

Holy shit does his voice sit so much lower than i suspected. Makes sense looking back since his head/mixed voice has a sweeter sharper tone than someone who has a voice that sits naturally higher(tends to come out more shrill).....Tremendous singer.

I accidentally stumbled upon "Just Pretend" on the radio a few months ago while trying to leave a narcissistic relationship. I fell in love with it and the whole album. I'm not a metal or rock person per say, but when I listened to this song and "like a Villain" I instantly became a fan. These songs and the album actually helped leave that toxic relationship. I can't wait to see them in September at Philly!
God he's delicious... looks, brain, voice, talent, presence. He seems to have it all... I see SUCH good things for these guys. I saw them live at Aftershock and the energy and vibe is so powerful.

With all the unhinged stalking part of the band's fanbase, I'm surprised he didn't delete his channel for good and there are still some great videos there.
It's so cool to see how a silly idea of making a music without any instrument turned into the barebones of one of the powerhouses in the album (the song The Death of Peace of Mind).
Always great to hear Noah, whether singing, screaming or just being the simplest, most down-to-Earth dude ever. Thank you for your showmanship, the dedication to your instrument and also for setting a new example for bands in the industry!
They are an amazing band. I've only discovered them last year and they really opened a whole world of metal genre for me.

These guys immediately became my favorite exactly because of their diversity within each song. It’s so fulfilling to my soul.
These guys are so wise beyond their years and I just love watching them evolve but also remain so humble and grateful. Their live shows have been some of my favorite concerts over the years.
He is so right about music . To me music is emotional it fits you mood. I can listen to a Gregorian chant one minute and then listen to Bad Omens, Metallica , Bach and so on. Their versatile style hits a the mark.
I really enjoyed how she handled the interview and Noah seemed very comfortable to answer. It was a good interview to listen to/see.
Love the self care, and I think it’s really paid off. The live performances are so good and the album introduced me to so many new styles of music. Keep being kind to yourself, Noah.

The drummer from Staind actually told me about this album a few years ago, haven't stopped loving it since. Love the industrial stuff.
Probably one of the most skilled and versatile vocalist and performer. Also seems like a super chill guy who blazes his own path.
I never thought a band could hook me with modern pop influence, but I'm damn glad Bad Omens did. I think it's the sincerity in Noah's vocals. He knows how to perfectly resonate with the music and it's strongly captivating.
It’s nice how full of substance this interview is. Very cool to listen to some of the thoughts behind, not just hearing the songs. I have mad respect for the members of Bad Omens.

One of my favorite things about Bad Omens is how you can see Noah write a few bangers on his old twitch streams. I got to meet Noah and the band in 2017 at a warped tour. They were the sole reason I went, to see them play a 20 min set, get a t shirt and got it signed by the band. Now they're selling out arenas and one of the biggest metalcore esc bands in the world. I love it. Can't wait too see them again, and yes, if I meet the band I will have them sign a polaroid of the first time I met them. All great guys.
Up until this interview I had no idea that venues take a cut from merch sales. I’m glad I bought Bad Omens merch during their merch drop.
Seeing Bad Omens live at Fiddler's Green in Denver was an amazing experience. Noah and his band are skyrocketing in the industry. Congratulations and keep it coming!

From the very first moment the album was released (and I generally discovered the band) I was absolutely in love with it. Especially since Noah's voice range is just straight up insane. My respect for the band and their music has always been high, but after seeing this interview, my respect expanded to the roof. Can't wait to see/hear what else Bad Omens has in store.

Because of Bad Omens, I’ve also discovered artists and music that I wouldn’t have ever listened to and have now become my favourite bands. So excited for their future work. ❤️🔥

I absolutely love this album, and I would be so ecstatic to hear an unplugged version because unplugged/acoustic versions of songs have always been my favorite. So to take my favorite songs from this album and hear it in a different setting would be absolutely amazing, I love hearing that they're willing to do that. ❤

Great interview! Love that it's still structured like an interview, but felt like a convo.
I love how much he cares about music and wanting to make music that not just one genre will like. He sounds so sweet and genuine about it. I also think it's better when bands experiment with different styles of music from the get go. I feel like when bands stick to one style of music for multiple years then when they do decide to change it up a bit, their fans complain about it.
It was really interesting to see what he had to say in response to the questions. I would love more interviews!!

So glad I just watched this just got into bad omens in the last month and I love the way music is going now bands playing music that they want to play is actually starting to generate music that is appealing to listen to it completely trips people out when they're listening to music and Dethrone comes on after death of piece of mind. I actually thought they had two singers for the first 2 weeks Noah's voice is amazing
I use to listen to rock/alternative genre when I was a teenager (early 2000s) and eventually stopped as I got older. Bad Omens has gotten me back into this genre ❤️

Bad Omens and Sleep Token are so fucking good because they don’t limit themselves to just a metalcore sound. They experiment and aren’t afraid to try new sounds. That’s why they are my favorite bands 🙌🏻
So many good points in this interview. Noah truly found his voice in the death of peace of mind and I’m so excited for what’s to come from him and the rest of the band. Also I love that he calls out rock having gate keepers, people can be so staunchly strict on what they let in, but I’m all for progression and exploration using influences from other musical frequencies
Of all the things he said, explaining the struggle these musicians go through just to stay afloat, especially during tours. They deserve the money they make in their merch sales. Bars get the drink sales and the venues get people to come out for music playing there. I found new clubs and bars to check out because of these bands. Got to check out a bar because one of my favorite bands, AfterLife, was playing in my home city, got introduced to three new bands and fell in love with their sound. But touring is a struggle for bands, between driving, gas, groceries, parking and even paying for the venue space itself. A lot goes into what these musicians do, more than i could ever explain. As someone whose life was saved by music, im happy to help where i can. My friend explains it better, her words for all that she gives at merch tables, Everything helps, even if its enough to get the musicians fed and put gas in their tanks. Its worth giving. To save the music. And help support the creative minds behind it."

Just saw Bad Omens at Louder Than Life festival in Kentucky...was blown away by their show. This guys voice is incredible and the band is very talented, too. Big fan now.

People forget that " Pop " is not a genre in itself. It's an industry and it's short for popular music. Hip-hop is an industry that involves other genres, just like pop is.

I fell in love with Bad Omens experiential side way back at the beginning. Just like Mudvayne's debut album. It was so different than anything else at the time but yet still so good.
This was my album of the year last year. And I wasn't even that wowed by their older work. Hopefully this will finally get them out of BMTH shadow. With BMTH, their changes in direction have always screamed "it's for my career". From day one. Never saw the fuss in general. With this record from bad omens, it's clear this was done because they want to and so much more effort was put into the songwriting, vocals, everything. 15 tracks with no filler. Lookin forward to what's next.

They were deathcore when it was big and profitable, then they were scenie metalcore when it was big and profitable, then they were architects-core when it was big and profitable and then when they did all they could do in the confines of those genres, they started collaborating with Halsey, mumble rappers and other top 40 outlets and I don't recall them being particularly great at any of it. They're businessmen. And when it comes to business, they're very good at it but that just isn't something I care for when it comes to music. They're also one of the worst live bands I've ever seen. With how good this new Bad Omens album is, hopefully they'll be looked at as Bad Omens instead of "some band that sounds like BMTH".
Don’t know if you’ve ever read any interviews Oli Sykes and other BMTH members have ever participated in in the past few years, but their changes in direction deffo AREN’T ‘for the money’ so no clue why you think that just cuz you might not be a fan of their direction change 🤷♀️

Their last metalcore album came out in 2013, the same year that LF< did and three years before All Our Gods that really have brought Architects style of metalcore on the map.

he's so sweet though! want to see bad omens live so badly. was gonna see them in nashville years ago, but my ride backed out and the tickets were wasted. very upsetting, even now.
