Here is my view on George when he was president. If I came to him as a father and said my daughter is doing drugs and hanging with the hells angels and I'm concerned for her health and safety he would probably tell his guys to back off and to disassociate themselfs from her. I don't see other motorcycle clubs or even maybe other HA clubs giving a shit what I say or care about. With George I did . He was very diplomatic . To me thats what made him different.

I'm totally impressed by the studied questions from the reporter that didn't automatically hedge Mr. Christie into corners, and the insightful way he answered them, not defending the 81 where it would be false. Enjoyed the vid.

I hung out where Hells Angels would go and listened to bands and party and I never seen George with a bottle of beer. He always drank bottled water! I made sure I never got to close to them of the risk of pissing them off ( a fight could break out in a second and I always made sure that it ain't me!) George has always been a straight up dude. When we had the HA support night at Ventura Theatre him and his brothers always had our backs when we were forced to deal with some punkass that thought they could come into our house and then not just disrespect us at the Theatre but disrespect the Angels in their own backyard. I’ll put it this way, WORST decision of their lives

The old timers of these clubs are a different breed. The younger members today are different, the club in general is different. Hell, the whole fucking world is different ! There's alot of money being made out there dealing in drugs ! Its not only bike clubs, who are getting involved with drugs, its every walk of life out there trying to make that fast buck ! Seniors citizens are even out there selling their medication for a few extra bucks for christs sake ! But is it all of them? I doubt it. Not every member wants to take that risk of spending years in prison and make their living the honest way, working for it ! Many of these guy's are gifted mechanics, bike builders, custom painters, tattoo artists, welders,,,you name it,,, many own businesses and earn great money without having to deal in drugs. Anyways, great interview.

It will be my honor too serve with any of these men. its just like being in the Corps, you always got your brothers.. We party, fight, and go too war together. I proved more than once the Hells Angels die just like anyone else even though they say they don't. I attempted to make arrests of Hells Angels members many times during my career and ordered them to place their hands in the air, get face down on the ground and stay there with their hands behind their back and don't move, and in all cases the Hells Angels Members pulled a gun, and I was forced to defend myself by shooting them in the chest and head 7 times. Shit happens to Shit!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I disagree with much of the comments on here. Mr. Christie is clearly an intelligent man whose talents could have been better applied to a law abiding lifestyle. The HA's started out as a hard riding, hard partying "club" that simply wanted to be left alone to do as they pleased. I have no issues with that. Unfortunately they have evolved into a highly criminal organization whose primary source of income is through Narcotics sales and distribution on a global level. They now have high dollar attorneys and PR methods that help them stay out of the limelight. But do NOT be deceived and believe the lies. They are NOT stupid, only those that believe their public statements are.
